This spot is dedicated to our fur babies! It’s the perfect spot to give high drive, high energy, high loving dogs and their humans a safe place to run, bark, learn, train, swim, sniff, relax and smile! It’s a great place to throw a tennis ball, swim, relax, read a book and walk the camp road.

Lots of room to run and play ball or frisbee! Pond can be used by the dogs at your discretion. Pond is not treated or tested but my dogs used to get in it. There are turtles, frogs, geese (please chase the geese away!), ducks and maybe other wildlife at the pond too. Separately there is 40 acres of woods. See the map I drew in the photos. The dog yard is split into 3 main zones with gates so you can explore while keeping your dog in sight. We have lots of space to explore, toys, and lots of other amenities! Our farm is set on 75 acres here in historic Litchfield with the original 1830 farmhouse and a big red barn. We have multiple areas for your to explore: 1. Our Play Yard welcome area that has a 3 sided shelter with seating. This is where you can grab some poop bags, toys, or request extras like agility equipment, kiddie pools, corn hole, BBQ grill etc. This area also lights up at night. 2. The Wilde Side with lots of paths to explore, a secret garden, native plants, hedges, multiple spots to sit, and a big open meadow. We are working making this area a monarch way station as well! 3. Our new area, Wolf Tree Meadow! Walk behind past the barn towards the hayfield and explore the stone compass circle. Rent the fire ring or use the table and chairs to relax while your dog sniffs to their heart’s content. Please note the entire SS accessible property is fenced. There is a driveway gate, and a second gate to enter our SniffSpot.

Toni's Fully Fenced Yard For Dogs To Rent In Topsham

This is a long, large space that dogs could run and play in. The side of the house where the entrance is is the same fenced in area as back yard. It is also the entrance to our house so we will let you know if we are home or expecting deliveries. We do have neighbors with dogs that are let out a few times a day but do not spend most of their time in the yards next to ours. We don’t have any dogs ourselves but you will definitely have a kitty audience (we have 5!). Feel free to sit on the steps on the back porch or the chairs around the fire pit, and you can also feel free to fill your dog’s bowl with water from our hose on the side of the house, just please shut it off. :)
