This is a package of two different areas in the same property. The first one is fully fenced, 2 acres. Only includes cut grass and shaded areas, plus a small place to sit with your doggos. Second area is not fenced and includes two ponds that your dogs can go into, about 2 acres as well. There is tall and short grass there. Pricing is for access to both on the same day.
