Please note, no more than 4 people on the property per booking. There is an ADDITIONAL FEE for dogs to swim as well as an ADDITIONAL FEE for mom+/dad to swim with them. And please be aware of communication thru the app as it’s imperative to facilitate interactions and the lay of the land. If you don’t respond before your booking, we may cancel your reservation. (I’m sure you can see with this info that there are MANY that don’t respond and don’t participate in the rules) With that said, Welcome to our home! We are on .55 acres and plenty for your fur babies to sniff. We also have a pool they can utilize for an ADDITIONAL COST and a seating area for you moms and dads to hang out. Just please make sure your pets do not get on the furniture. The deck has a fridge stocked with cold beverages, a smart tv to enjoy a show or music. Help yourself to our coffee bar during the winter! (Hot tub not available for use)

If your FURbabies want to use our pool, there is a ADDITIONAL fee. Please allow us a 12hr notice or message us if last minute. We also provide a seating area for the hoomans, equipped with a fridge full of cold beverages, & a coffee bar so you can enjoy yourselves while your fur babies have the time of their lives. Please have them as deshedded as possible; We will be very grateful. Please also note, we may have the robot running for a clean pool environment. Max 2 dogs in the pool per visit.

Please use right gate (when facing our home) for entrance and please no dogs on our furniture. There’s street parking but if the driveway is open DIRECTLY by the trash cans… you can park there. Please do not park directly behind the garage. & most importantly, please clean up after your dogs:) if you paid for your dog to go swimming in the pool, please have them de-shedded. No more than 2 dogs in the pool please
