As of 9/14 we cant book any pool bookings during the day, however is you are just using Sniffspot and no pool, please message me and I can open up the calendar! Please note, no more than 4 people on the property per booking. There is an ADDITIONAL FEE for dogs to swim as well as an ADDITIONAL FEE for mom+/dad to swim with them. And please be aware of communication thru the app as it’s imperative to facilitate interactions and the lay of the land. If you don’t respond before your booking, we may cancel your reservation. (I’m sure you can see with this info that there are MANY that don’t respond and don’t participate in the rules) With that said, Welcome to our home! We are on .55 acres and plenty for your fur babies to sniff. We also have a pool they can utilize for an ADDITIONAL COST and a seating area for you moms and dads to hang out. Just please make sure your pets do not get on the furniture. The deck has a fridge stocked with cold beverages, a smart tv to enjoy a show or music. Help yourself to our coffee bar during the winter! (Hot tub not available for use)

A quiet, clean little nook in the heart of Wimberley. 3 acres with waterfront access!! Let your dog bask in the sun or drop in for a swim. The water is the Cypress Creek River, it has a lot to offer with beautiful, large Cypress trees. Plenty of space to explore and enjoy the peaceful, beautiful spot. Please keep in mind we are in a drought so the water isn't as deep as it's been the last few years. Water is still safe to swim in but figured I would include this since I've had a few people mention the water levels. Texas is experiencing a drought, fyi.

The land is fully fenced with a privacy-style fence, offering visual separation and a sense of security that many reactive or easily overstimulated dogs benefit from. While there are neighbors nearby, there is no sidewalk running directly along the fence, and foot traffic is minimal. For visitors, we provide chairs for humans, and for dogs we offer kiddie pools, hoses, and sprinklers for extra fun and cooling off on warm days. Private Dog Playground Ranch, SE of Austin

Tons of space for active dogs to run and play at this working ranch located just southeast of Austin (10 miles from Southpark Meadows). Recommended stay at least one full hour to explore fully. The ranch has multiple fenced areas that can be used (smaller areas if your dog isn't trained to come can be arranged). Otherwise, enjoy the huge 5+ acre playground featuring stock tank pond, picnic table, some shade. Refreshments available upon request for a small donation.

8/30/26 Spot closed for maintenance. We will open back up in the fall! Fully-fenced yard with swimming pool! Yard backs up to Shoal Creek (dry except after rains) with iron fence in back for lots of great views and sniffs of nature. We have lots of shade - large trees plus a covered seating area. Grass area is 75% natural grass, 20% artificial turf (keeps muddy paws at bay), and 5% unmowed tall grass for friendly creatures - rabbits, bugs, birds, butterflies, and the occasional grass snake, who all like the creek area. Swimming pool is maintained on a weekly basis. Shallow end is 4ft, deep end is 7ft. Entry steps in shallow end and two underwater seat ledges. Pool rules: NO DIVING (jumping in is fine) and no running around pool edge.
