Welcome to Connie's Dogtopia! Nestled in Johnson City, TN on a private lot with a 4 ft. fenced in area surrounded by mature trees, you and your dog(s) will feel like you're in the country but actually within the city. Conveniently located approximately: 1.5 miles from the Johnson City Medical Center 2.2 miles from the Mountain Home VA Hospital 2.3 miles from ETSU 3.1 miles from downtown Johnson City Come relax, unwind, and listen to the birds chirping in my tranquil and peaceful setting while your pup(s) explore all the scents. If your pup is playful, there are plenty amenities and lots of toys to choose from. If your pup isn't and just wants to chill, there is a coolaroo dog bed to rest on. As a pup parent myself, I can appreciate the need to just chill and take in the beauty of nature while my pups burn off some energy from being cooped up in the house all day :) Hope you enjoy your time at Connie's Dogtopia as much as Finley, Fergus, Bocephus, and Fallon (on occasion) and I do! UPDATE 02.04.2024: every visit the pups have unlimited access to the wading pool(s), the Bazinga ball pit, Digger's Depot sandbox, the basic agility equipment and agility tunnel. And don't forget all of the toys to choose from in the brown deck box! 🙂 For the hoomans, there are two sitting area with tables and umbrellas. Next to the deckbox of toys, is a small table with beverages hot (tea, apple cider, cocoa) and cold (bottled water) to enjoy. Next to the gravel parking, there is a green bench with complimentary water sprayer, shampoo, bath wipes, paw cleaner, and towels to clean your pups off before heading home. Connie

4/13- The grass is really growing. Please understand this is a pasture for my animals and not a yard. I will not be mowing this area until it is time to hay it. I want you to enjoy it but it is unnecessary to message me that I should cut the grass. This is a huge pasture with sloped hills and a creek running through the bottom. Almost 5 acres of fenced pasture is used for horses and goats in the winter and hay in the summer. Grass will be long at times. The creek is shallow and lots to see and sniff! Tree covered places if you don’t want sun and many beautiful views for everyone to enjoy and play. If you have never been to this spot, it is worth the drive! This is the 2nd spot and close to the 1st spot. Please be sure to follow the directions. My goal for these spots is to be available for all dog owners who need it. I do have clients that book a month out at a time in order to get the time they would like. All I want is to help people to have balanced dogs in their lives! Please pack out all trash, there are no trash cans onsite. Enjoy!

Large, flat grassy fenced in area for unleashed dogs on a 20 acre farm and wedding venue (Hidden River Events) next to the Swannanoa River. Parking is just outside the fence on the grass. There is a large deck with seating for relaxing while your pup(s) play. If it has rained within 24-48 hours of your visit, the spot will be muddy (even though it is a grass pasture) so it is good to bring towels for your pup. The fenced area has no trees so, there is an umbrella provided. If you use it, please close it before you depart. Horses and goats reside in their own fully contained pastures on the property away from the Sniff Spot.

‘Howl’ ya doing? We are paw-sitively certain you’ll have a ‘ball’ at our SniffSpot. Throw your car in ‘bark’ and let your pups enjoy our safe, fully enclosed, mowed acre. We guarantee you and your furry friends will have a great time. Please note there are chickens in an enclosed area of our property, they are fenced safely to keep any dog out.

A large pasture with fencing around everywhere except the top of the creek crossing running behind it. Bring a towel and enjoy! The bugs are back so a head screen or bug spray might make you more comfortable. Chairs and tables and sometimes a hammock provided creekside! Please do not bring more dogs than you have made your reservation for. If something changes please contact customer service and they can add dogs to your current reservation. Have you ever wanted to run your dog on three football sized flat fields? This is your chance. Located behind UPM Raflatac in the cane creek industrial park this huge spot is the third one we have built. It’s been designed for complete privacy for you and your pets. No drive by traffic no people walking by, just you and your kids on 4 flat acres. It’s perfect for all ages of dogs and their humans because of the terrain! If you are up for an adventure, we have cut in a small trail to access Cane Creek. It is part of the same property but is NOT fenced in any way. If your pup enjoy off or on leash hikes, then feel free. The trail is outside the fenceing look for the silver gate across from the Gazbo. It is an out and back path with two small hills about a 3-5min walk in the woods. This area is not fenced. A picnic table, gazebo with swing, hammock and umbrella, are located here for lots of seating and shelter. Some toys are provided and even a game of horse shoes for humans! I think a Remote Control car or a drone, a mountain bike might be really fun to bring or even a Remote Control plane. This spot is actually part of the old Fletcher airport. All I want in life is to help people to have balanced dogs in their lives! Enjoy!

Hi friends! Welcome to our Sniffspot :) we have a brand new fully fenced backyard, with a deck attached overlooking the forest. You may even spot some deer! There are no gaps in the fence, just lots of grass to run and play! Our backyard is flat, and has a latch gate to enter. We have a hose as well for your convenience. Our neighborhood is quiet and very low traffic. Bring your furry friends! Use code “sniffin” for $2 off for first-time Sniffspot users!

*UPDATE 4/11/24* The bugs can get really bad at certain times of year. Mostly gnats around the face and no-see-ums. I do provide bug spray and bug nets that work best when worn with a hat. The worst of the bugs are early spring (April-June). Not fenced but not immediately bordered by anything but forest or field on all sides. The property is 12 acres with mostly open or treed space. There is a small beach area with water calm enough for dogs to swim and fetch sticks. We have picnic tables and chairs that you can use but please pick up after yourself, your dog, and your kids. There is now a trashcan provided on the beach for your convenience. Downstream side of property has an “island” that can be explored. The neighbors property downstream starts shortly free the road narrows between the river and steep bank. It’s usually more overgrown and can visually tell the upkeep is different. Please avoid being on their property. Flood waters make signage difficult to use in this area. Just message me if you need more details on the boundary line.
