Description

Partially fenced in yard on a dead end. lots of sun or shade. Trails in the woods in the back of the lot. Ample off street parking. My dog is with me 1/2 the time so Offering the yard space when shes not here. Neighbors have dogs and a cat that roams the neighborhood. Can leave dog bed, bowl, and balls out if interested. Hose available.

Second driveway to access the yard is past the main driveway on the left through a hinged gate (will be open). Dog bags, bowl, bed, balls, and sanitizer will be on the table on the patio (feel free to sit and relax). Hose is on the far side of the deck.

The yard is fully fenced with 6 ft. stockade fencing on 3 sides and a 5 ft. metal wire fence between the wet lands and my property. There is a huge boulder the one corner of the yard with a flower garden in front of it. The back of the yard has some tall trees and ground cover in places. Otherwise the yard is open with short grass. There is a gravel area under the deck for shade. There is seating on the deck and under the deck. In the summer, there is a baby plastic pool that can be filled with water from a well faucet near one side of the deck.

Cushions are in the shed, please just return them to the shed after use. We have poop bags, a trash bucket, water dishes, and toys also in the shed along with a kiddie pool you can use. In the summer there is a water faucet attached to the barn, right in the yard to fill the kiddie pool or water bowls.
