Our unique Playground is perfect for the dogs who crave a diverse playground with many interesting activities and textures. You can bring your dogs here to enjoy agility playsets, dip in the BPA free pools, take a bath, run like wild, chase, run through the tunnels, enjoy an artificial turf grass run area, take photos, have a picnic while they run in full view of your supervision, and even to enjoy the 2 natural grass areas. If your dogs are allergic, this spot is ideal as the 2 grass areas are divided off by plastic fences. You get to choose whether to keep these areas blocked or to let your dogs enter via the gates or simply by moving a panel to let them and yourself into the grass areas. In the main areas, your dogs will experience different textures: of playground tiles, concrete, outdoor rugs, gravel, and artificial turf. There is so much variety here that your dogs will return home exhausted and sleep like babies!!! Ours do that every day, and we just adore the bliss they have here. There are also two playhouses to chase around and in and out of. We will fill 2 pools ahead if you wish, and any more pools, we can add as an extra if desired. You can choose to give your dog or dogs a bath here in the extras as well. If you have recently added a new fur baby to the family and another fur baby is struggling to get friendly with your new fur baby, here is a perfect place to practice intros and play, because we have fenced areas where new dogs can meet. This is ideal for meet and greets if you wish to book with a friend and their dog ... or if you wish to do a training session with your trainer here, because you can begin with a barrier that allows viewing without contact between parties. If you are being considered for fostering or adopting, but you need a safe neutral space for meetings to try meetings, here is a great place for this! Endless possibilities here in our incredible yard in a lovely quiet and VERY dog friendly residential neighborhood. We welcome you, your family, and your furry as well as human kids. We will accommodate human kids with some books, toys, and squirt guns put out -- just let us know ahead so that we'll put out the kids' stuff :)

*We need a bit more time preparing this extra* Coloring OR Dog story book! Dog story book will be cute and funny! The coloring book will be a very special take-home item that you can add on. Take-home so as to avoid crayons on the ground. It will be a dog-love inspiration book of joy! Meanwhile, your kids can relax at the picnic table, chairs around the yard, or under gazebo, with simple activities or large toys (so as to keep dogs safe). Or they can join you in playing with your dog(s).

Use the hose, a drying towel, a BPA pool, & a packet of 'earthbath' brand hypoallergenic dog shampoo. *Please refrain from over shampooing dogs, to avoid harming their natural skin barrier / oils, which can lead to allergies, dry skin issues. A gentle, diluted, quick use of shampoo is the most perfect. We love world's pups, so I had to say this!

Once you’re an established guest, enjoy indoor time in our carriage house with a TV, internet, and comfy seating when you book 2+ hours. Dogs can move freely between the house and enclosed yard, and you can watch them in grassy area through the clear door. Availability varies, roughly 1–10 p.m. weekdays; Weekends vary—message ahead for times.

Cool in gazebo w/ tower fan1 credit

We will put out the electric tower fan for the gazebo electrical outlet. You can turn on the tower fan as desired and close at least 3 sizes of the 4 sided drapes (currently being installed) of the gazebo for a cooled-down "indoor"/outdoor experience when the outdoor weather feels warm. We will add a comfy cushion "work" chair and table under the gazebo if you wish to read or computer-work while your furry babies play / take rests at your side in the cooled-down cool-off area.

Fill extra pools5 credits

2 BPA-free pools already will be half-filled w/ water from our safe drinking-water-quality hose BUT if you wish more pools, half-fill 2 more medium sized pools (pink) or add a few inches of water to 1 of the blue EXTRA-LARGE pools. Or 3 green pools can be half-filled for this add-on. You choose: let us know Partial-fill is because otherwise the pools crack when emptied *food-grade hose, Lead&BPA free, meets drinking water safety standards. Pools BPA free except the XL blue pools

Human snacks tray for 215 credits

Snacks and drinks tray. I will be developing a menu, and you can add this amenity and then let me know which items you prefer. Two liquids and 3 snack items, which gives a party of 2 humans one for each and one to share :) . All items will be packaged, contents not touched by residents.

Infrared 2-sided heater gazebo1 credit

We will put out the double sided outdoor infrared heater, which plugs in to the gazebo electrical outlet. Use as desired to stay warm for an "indoor"/outdoor experience where it feels warm even when it's cooler outside. We will add a comfy cushion "work" chair and table under the gazebo if you wish to read or computer-work while your furry babies play / take rests at your side in the cooled-down cool-off area.

Make memories w/ green screen!8 credits

*ALMOST READY* We have half of the planned equipment (other half is in transit to here). We still need time to practice the set-up. If you want to take some green screen shots of your dogs/family, we have a special setup for that. We will set it up for you. It will even go with a small ramp set in neon green. You can get very creative with this! The joys of photography/videography & possibly social media sharing too!!!

Strictly non-smoking property due to medical reasons. TY for care. Please have dogs try to use the gravel or grass areas for toileting. If they do go on the turf area along the backyard fencing, please pick up the solid material and hose any wetting in the area of the wet spot. Greatly appreciated. Hose will always be there for this as well as for filing any of the BPA free fun pools for your lovely doggie-os. :) For established guests (who've done 2 or more visits here), we offer the amenity of an indoor restroom and allowance of reserving the carriage house for indoor relaxation, cozy setting, large screen tv, etc., during your time visiting with your dog.

Come visit our fully enclosed tall-fenced "Dog park" yard in a lovely, quiet, beautiful neighborhood with relaxed & kind neighbors. * Neighbors are very bark-tolerant, so when your dogs bark, there will be no worries!! If you have a reactive dog, no need to stress--- no next door dogs and we will keep our dogs upstairs blocked in, with double backdoors BOTH locked and a fence to be extra safe. We are the overdo safety types :) :) :) Also, we do want all guests to feel extremely safe, confident, and joyous here. * You can park in our wide driveway right up against the gate entrance to the 6-foot tall fenced in yard. * When you open the gate, you will enter the grassy area that is divided off from the rest of the yard, via a plastic fence. This gives you the chance to look around and get a sense of the rest of the property. * This incredible Sniffspot private dog park consists of: artificial turf dog run, large gravel, outdoor soft carpets and mats, thick rubber playground tiles, stamped concrete area with gazebo, and a 2 natural grassy areas. Both grassy areas are pesticide free and one of these areas is allowed to grow slightly high while the other is usually cut for running circles and digging!!! The entry area is the low cut grassy area and has a dirt digging segment as well, while the other area is with grass that we've allowed to grow more wild--> this area is enclosed by a plastic fence with gate that you may keep closed off if you don't wish to let your dogs use it ... or you may open it and let your dogs use it, if you wish. * If the separate areas gates are too short for your dog, simply pull the pin out between segments of the fence and it will work like a big sliding door to let them go in and out between areas as you and they wish. * The middle area of the yard has a lot of toys and dog playground equipment for running, chasing, hiding, and finding. Dogs will enjoy various textures, from soft to fuzzy outdoor rugs, to gravel, to smooth stamped concrete. There are small BPA free swimming pools, playhouses, and everything that we could think of to give them mental and physical stimulation to their thrill and satisfaction! * We have recently added a small neon green step and platform set for the smaller fur babies, and a sand 'box' area for your diggers!!! * Meanwhile, feel free to sit, sunbathe, and/or simply relax in the reclining loungers or sitting lounging chairs, or at the picnic table under the gazebo, all while your furry babies are in full view as they play and explore. * Thoroughly enjoy yourself(s) here :) !! * We are a family with 4 dogs, all rescues. We love EVERY dog ever born! :) * Our dogs will remain inside of course, and we will distract them in their doggie playrooms while you are visiting the outdoor playground yard. * We are very sensitive and responsive to the concerns or questions of visitors. .. So: for those who worry about the risk of confronting our dogs by mistake, our dogs are under our direct supervision 24-7 and beyond this, unplanned exits are not possible due to our system of multiple barriers. We have multiple locks on our house exit door, and a plastic fence surrounding it on the inside and out. Our fence gate has an inside lock, which we unlock only for a planned visit. * For sniffspot guests, our unlocking of our gate is an act that we immediately will follow up with the strict indoor lock-in of our doggies, who stay very distracted inside with dog playrooms! * If you nevertheless are an extra careful type of person (as we are), we also have more plastic gating that we can place at the inside entry of the fence, such that you can step in and be surrounded by a moveable plastic gate while you get a good look at our set up. * FYI: our dogs are all fully vetted, fully vaccinated, and healthy: we do not go to public parks or social events with them. * The 2 filled pools will be filled JUST BEFORE your arrival with the same water source as our kitchen sink and will be FRESH, untouched water. We hose down the gravel daily and we hose after they relieve themselves. This is a very clean, well-maintained property. The entire enclosed dog area has been treated as an added precaution by a pet safe brine salt for sanitation and for safety against parasites. * Hope to host you and for you to have the most wonderful time here with your beautiful furry creatures!!! *

Please do not disturb neighbors. Drive or Walk through the gate and the whole area is yours! There are walking trails in the woods, a pond to find and a river to explore. The open field is wonderful for training and or play. Your dog will love exploring this wonderful property. ***This is the country. The land is wonderful to explore but it is vacant and undeveloped. You will encounter nature, really in the spring and summer. There are ticks, snakes, uneven ground, rabbits, wet spots, etc. Please only book if you are used to the outdoors and being adventurous!*** Update from my guests comments: Wear bug spray when it’s warm, check for ticks after a visit, boots are recommended after rainy days, dogs may get muddy bring towels and look for the new mailbox to identify the dirt lane off the road.
