Our unique Playground is perfect for the dogs who crave a diverse playground with many interesting activities. You can bring your dogs here to enjoy agility playsets, dip in the BPA free pools, take a bath, run like wild, chase, run through the tunnels, enjoy an astroturf grass run area, take photos, have a picnic under the shade while they run in full view of your supervision, and even to enjoy the grassy areas. If your dogs are allergic, this spot is ideal as the grass can be blocked off and you can keep them in the main areas of concrete, outdoor rugs, gravel, and artificial turf. There is so much variety here that your dogs will return home exhausted and sleep like babies!!! Ours do that every day, and we just adore the bliss they have here. There are also two playhouses to chase around and in and out of. We will fill 2 pools ahead if you wish, and any more pools, we can add as an extra if desired. You can choose to give your dog or dogs a bath here in the extras as well. If you have recently added a new fur baby to the family and another fur baby is struggling to get friendly with your new fur baby, here is a perfect place to practice intros and play, because we have fenced areas where new dogs can meet. This is ideal for meet and greets if you wish to book with a friend and their dog ... or if you wish to do a training session with your trainer here, because you can begin with a barrier that allows viewing without contact between parties. If you are being considered for fostering or adopting, but you need a safe neutral space for meetings to try meetings, here is a great place for this! Endless possibilities here in our incredible yard in a lovely quiet and VERY dog friendly residential neighborhood.

Give your dog a bath while here?!! They get the zoomies, play with extra energy, rest even more soundly once home! Use the hose, a drying towel, a BPA pool, & a small sample packet of 'earthbath' brand hypoallergenic dog shampoo. *Please refrain from over shampooing dogs, to avoid harming their natural skin barrier / oils, which can lead to allergies, dry skin issues. A gentle, diluted, quick use of shampoo is the most perfect. We love world's pups, so I had to say this!

If desired, TWO BPA free pools already will be half-filled with water from our RV/camper safe drinking-water-quality hose. BUT if you wish for more pools for your doggies, we will half-fill 2 more small pools or will add a few inches of water to 1 of the blue extra large pools. Partial-fill is because otherwise the pools crack when emptied. *food-grade hose that's Lead&BPA free, meets drinking water safety standards. All pools are also BPA free except the XL blue pools.

Strictly non-smoking property due to medical reasons. TY for care. Please have dogs try to use the gravel or grass areas for toileting. If they do go on the turf area along the backyard fencing, please pick up the solid material and hose any wetting in the area of the wet spot. Greatly appreciated. Hose will always be there for this as well as for filing any of the BPA free fun pools for your lovely doggie-os. :)

Come visit our fully enclosed tall-fenced "Dog park" yard in a lovely, quiet, beautiful neighborhood with relaxed & kind neighbors. Neighbors are very bark-tolerant, so when your dogs bark, there will be no worries!! You can park in our wide driveway right up against the gate entrance to the yard. When you open the gate, you will enter the grassy area that is divided off from the rest of the yard, via a plastic fence. This gives you the chance to look around and get a sense of the rest of the property. The other areas consist of: artificial turf dog run, large gravel and stamped concrete area with gazebo, and a second grassy area. Both grassy areas are pesticide free and area allowed to grow naturally. The entry area is kept cut low and has some dirt digging sections as well, while the other area is allowed to grow more wild--> this area is enclosed by a plastic fence with gate that you may keep closed off if you don't wish to let your dogs use it.. or you may open it and let your dogs use it, if you wish. If the gate is too short for your dog, simply pull the pin out between segments of the fence and it will work like a door. The middle area of the yard has a lot of toys and dog playground equipment for running, chasing, hiding, and finding. Dogs will enjoy various textures, from soft to fuzzy outdoor rugs, to gravel, to smooth stamped concrete. There are small BPA free swimming pools, playhouses, and everything that we could think of to give them mental and physical stimulation to their thrill and satisfaction! Meanwhile, feel free to sit, sunbathe, and/or simply relax in the reclining loungers or sitting lounging chairs, or at the picnic table under the gazebo, all while your furry babies are in full view as they play and explore. Thoroughly enjoy yourself(s) here :) !! We are a family with 4 dogs, all rescues. We love EVERY dog ever born! :) Our dogs will remain inside of course, and we will distract them in their doggie playrooms while you are visiting the outdoor playground yard. We are very sensitive and responsive to the concerns or questions of visitors. .. So: for those who worry about the risk of confronting our dogs by mistake, our dogs are under our direct supervision 24-7 and beyond this, unplanned exits are not possible due to our system of multiple barriers. We have multiple locks on our house exit door, and a plastic fence surrounding it on the inside and out. Our fence gate has an inside lock, which we unlock only for a planned visit. For sniffspot guests, our unlocking of our gate is an act that we immediately will follow up with the strict indoor lock-in of our doggies, who stay very distracted inside with dog playrooms! If you nevertheless are an extra careful type of person (as we are), we also have more plastic gating that we can place at the inside entry of the fence, such that you can step in and be surrounded by a moveable plastic gate while you get a good look at our set up. We don’t want a stray hunting dog to interfere with someone’s Sniffspot time. So we made the decision to close for 2 months. We’re sorry, it was a tough decision, but think it’s best. We promise - We’ll reopen in December 2025. Welcome to 50 acres of puppy heaven! Located off Crittenden Road in Suffolk, Virginia. Please take dirt lane, there is no house. Please do not disturb neighbors. Drive or Walk through the gate and the whole area is yours! There are walking trails in the woods, a pond to find and a river to explore. The open field is wonderful for training and or play. Your dog will love exploring this wonderful property. ***This is the country. The land is wonderful to explore but it is vacant and undeveloped. You will encounter nature, really in the spring and summer. There are ticks, snakes, uneven ground, rabbits, wet spots, etc. Please only book if you are used to the outdoors and being adventurous!*** Update from my guests comments: Wear bug spray when it’s warm, check for ticks after a visit, boots are recommended after rainy days, dogs may get muddy bring towels and look for the new mailbox to identify the dirt lane off the road. Enjoy!
