Host Rules
Please, make sure all 3 gates are shut before allowing your dog to run & after you’re done. Please, make sure all trash is picked up and thrown in the provided garbage bin including dog poop. Bags and pooper scoopers are provided. Feel free to use either one. Dogs may climb and jump on toys but please do not allow them to chew or destroy the larger, kid’s toys. Please, put all dog toys in provided bucket before leaving so I can clean them. Absolutely NO smoking or drinking alcohol on the property. Please be respectful of neighbors. NO hitting or using forcible force on your dog. Water hose is provided for dogs but bowl is not. If you need anything, please contact me. I will be home. Enjoy!

Our property has a nice wooded trail with a main loop that is about 3/4 of a mile with a few other smaller trails that can make the total trail system right around a mile. There's a good mix of terrain with a few hills totaling around 70 feet of elevation in a mile. Private parking area right off the road and it's just a very peaceful walk through the woods.

Buster was a 16 year-old dog who passed away while running in his sleep on July 25, 2025. He enjoyed his field with family dogs his entire life. He was the last one as I am at an age now where I probably won't be getting another dog; so, I want others to enjoy the land. After the first freeze, I drain the interior pipes and hot water heater to the wash stall inside the barn, there is however a 12-month frost free outdoor fountain on the back side of the barn by the woods with a water trough and plenty of electric outlets. I mowed a trail around the perimeter that is about .4 miles for a walk / run around the inside of the perimeter of the five acre field (.2 miles if you cut through the middle to avoid the little hill on the side next to the houses on the road).
