You are more than welcome to use catio if you have a cat. There is a water hose for use. It’s a quiet neighborhood.

Enjoy a fully fenced spot (4 foot wire mesh livestock style fencing), run through mowed grass, tall natural meadow (we are “rewilding” a portion of our yard to native plants), two short wooded trails and access to a large pond with dock. Dogs are welcome to swim—bring towels and be prepared for some mud if it’s been raining or you have a pond monster doggy. Woods have wonderful smells, my dogs sometimes find delightful things to roll in. A hose is available for use on warm days. We do have chickens on site and ask you not allow your dog to harass them as you enter and leave (chickens are in a separate fenced area and in a coop/run). My dogs will be in the house—some barking may happen on your arrival but they will not be loose. We have a little under an acre of land for your pup(s) to roam. Lots of space to toss a ball, play, run, and sniff. We have multiple gardens, several trees, a playhouse, playground with slide, firepit, stacked wood, a compost pile, a greenhouse & shed, a sandbox (please don’t allow dog to pee or poop here) and a little dome made out of sticks. We have a covered back porch with chairs and also chairs by the firepit. We have a small patch of open dirt that pups can dig in. There is a hose with a filter if pup needs water. Off leash is fine as long as your friend has good recall. Our dogs have their own fenced yards up at the houses. Our property borders a riding stable on one side, so you may see horses and riders.
