We no longer have our beautiful rescue Marla so we are hoping other pups can take advantage of our space. We have a fully fenced backyard with beautiful green grass and a furnished deck. It gets full sun; we have umbrellas on the deck and one large tree for shade. I always try to put out water and bags, but there is a blue hose if needed. We do use an organic, pet-friendly lawn company called Ecolawn. A small section of the yard contains cultivated plants that some guests may prefer their pets not interact with. We also recently added an inflatable hot tub that we request is only used by family. Please consider whether your pup can ignore it so we don't spring a leak! There may be driveway parking but there is always street parking directly across from the house facing north and in the cul-de-sac almost directly across from our house. Please pull in the driveway and close the gate behind you. Enjoy the yard, all chairs, table, umbrella and dog water bowl (fill with hose water if I didn't already). Please do not use the garage, swingset or trampoline. Hose use and dog pool available with prior agreement and an additional fee (except for filling dog water dish). All items on the table are for guest use including waste bags, bug spray, sunscreen, dog treats and any balls or toys left in the basket. We are located on a no outlet street in Munson (Chardon), Ohio. Our home has several acres; one acre is securely fenced in with a combination of decorative fencing and chain link. All of the gates have an extra "lock" in order to secure they are latched while closed. The base of the fence is routinely inspected for gaps or escape routes and every measure is taken in order to make sure all dogs remain within the fenced in area. The space has a combination of open grass, wooded areas and even trails for dogs and their owners to explore while visiting my spot. If you walk around the perimeter five times; you walked about one mile! The humans may sit on the seating by the woods, the "ice cream bench" slider, the furniture on the deck or the benches around the fire pit. Bags and/or a a pooper scooper are provided for waste. We kindly ask our guests to treat our property with respect. Owners must remain on the premises with their dog(s) at all times. Fresh Water is provided for each visit; the bowl is cleaned and sanitized before each visit. Please adhere to your reserved time, as sometimes I have back-to-back bookings and have my own dogs I schedule accordingly. Thank you for visiting my private park! NOTE: If you see a time blocked and you "really" need that time; please feel free to message me. Sometimes, I have to block certain time slots because I cannot have a lot of guests during a designated time because of my work, etc. However, I am always willing to accommodate my guests, especially, my regular visitors! Our yard is very open and large. We do have dogs on one side but they do not interact with our dogs and we have added a fence cover to that section. It’s a very quiet neighborhood! We have a table & chairs outside & a kiddie pool. The hose is not accessible from the yard. It’s inside the sunroom. We could make it accessible if needed at the time of visit. We are huge dog lovers & have several so we hope your pets enjoy the space as well. It’s for roaming, zoomies or simply just sunbathing.
