Welcome to your pup’s new favorite spot! This fully fenced-in yard is perfect for small and large pups alike. You’re welcome to off-leash your dog in the Sniffspot, of course! We also have poop bags, water bowls and clean water, and plenty of toys we rotate out on a regular basis. We also offer Sniffpass monthly memberships, which allow you to visit our spot at a discount. Dog paradise! Trails throughout, 3 acre lake, fenced in 24 acres. So much to do and explore. This is a natural area including woods and lake. Recall is still important. A great spot for recall training. We check fence regularly the best we can and I run 4x4 each morning to try and move out any wildlife. However It is such a large space if your pup does not stick with you. There could be times during day when we may miss if a critter has dug out under fence or branch has fallen. You know your dog(s) so use your best judgement if you feel they will be safe. It really is such an awesome space, we have learned after buying it is actually an old sandstone rock quarry! You will see lots a rocks throughout trails. Please watch steps for rocks and roots on trails. We hope you and your dog(s) have the best time and enjoy 🐾 Hours- because of the way the property is set up we can only regularly open certain times. Regular hours M-F 8am-2pm Saturdays- will be open as we are able to, it will be sporadic as we typically are out working on property or with our dogs on weekends. Feel free to message if you would like me to let you know when we open on a Saturday. It will usually be 9-1-ish. I will try to give heads up as soon as I know we won’t be around 😀 thanks!

We have a fully fenced yard for your pup to enjoy! 3 sides have a 6ft privacy fence, one side has a 4ft chainlink. The fence is slightly above the ground in some spots which may not be ideal for small pups who like to escape. There’s a gate that latches shut connecting to the driveway. We provide communal toys & there’s a hose that can be used to fill up a provided water bowl.

Nice big expansive 6 acre property. Kept well mowed. Currently pesticide-free. Fruit trees: apple and pear, chestnut trees and varietal trees. Tall grass area. Great big hill to run up and down on and long flat areas make the perfect place to exercise your dog. More amenities to be added soon!

Our property sits 1200+ feet off of the main road and is a total of 28 acres. There are neighboring properties that are 50 acres and 80 acres so no close homes in most directions. We are located approximately 1 mile from West Branch State Park. The property has a clean swimming pond, a walkable forest area with some established trails that are currently covered with leaves. We are a working farm with about 8 acres of crops. There is a large 3 acre wheat field in the front great for ball throwing. The remaining non crop acres are walking paths with some cut grass and yard. We do not have any livestock but our neighbors have cows. There is a secure fence on one side of our property that keeps the cows in their pasture. They’ve never visited us! Neighboring properties are also farms with over 100 acres of open land, woods and crops surrounding our property with no main or visible roads. You can see houses on one side of the property and that’s where the cows live! They have dogs but they’ve never visited us. We do have 2 well behaved German Shorthaired Pointers named River and Remmy who run freely on the property. However we will keep them inside when guests use the property. We have a bench to sit on in a shaded area around the pond for relaxing. The woods are beautiful to walk about as well. There is a large rock in the woods to take a rest on with an amazing ravine creek view. Our property is large and not fenced so dogs with impeccable recall should enjoy the freedom to play, run, swim, sniff and explore. Leashed walks are also welcome. Long leads can also be used. Because we are so far off of any main roads you will feel comfortable here! Your pups are welcome to swim in the pond during your visit. During recent rains our property stays mainly dry and the woods are relatively dry as well as there are many leaves covering the ground. In the winter when the ground is frozen it’s a beautiful walk.

Calling all Furr babies! 🐶❤️. Time to run & roam freely on 2.9 fully fenced acres in Wadsworth Township. We have a fully fenced front yard & back yard with gates to separate both! There is also a non fenced portion of our land with a bit taller brush & trees far beyond our fence line that is a beautiful back drop as well. We sometimes mow paths thru this section for “trail walks” or “wagon rides”. Please note altho our yard is securely fenced - there is an open view of the neighbors home to our right in the back yard for now. *We are having an 8 foot privacy fence installed on that side beginning mid October 2024.* Our neighbor is often outside doing yard work, bike riding, flying his custom made small airplanes (no engine) or target shooting his air soft BB gun. If you have a pup that is sensitive to movement please keep this mind. We’ve not had issues with our 3 dogs -- but as we live here many of the country noises & sights are familiar to them! 🍁 There is plenty of room to run and roam so we hope you enjoy!! The view is beautiful & backs up to acres & acres of scenic land. 🌳🏡 The sunsets 🌅 from our back yard are second to none!! 🫶We have tennis balls and water bowls for your private adventure! :)🐶🎾🏡❤️☀️ Of your Pup likes to swim - be sure to add on access to our in ground pool! 💦 (open seasonally, weather permitting). 💦

Our Australian Shepard mix dog, Leo, loves our backyard. There's plenty of space to run around, trees to maneuver through, and lovely spots to dig for all-sized dogs! After use I will personally clean up any dog mess, big or small. There is a water hose that is free to use along with two red lawn chairs, a water bowl for dogs, a trash can near the gate, and a fire pit for the chilly months!

Fully fenced, grassy lawn with trees. Great area for running, playing fetch and chasing frisbees. Covered porch with tables and chairs for shade. Beach view lounge chair area for catching some sun. Water provided for dogs and owners as well as dog toys for outdoor play.

Sit back and relax while your dog runs around in our fully fenced-in yard (6ft privacy fence). Our quiet neighborhood is the perfect playtime oasis for dogs of all sizes and behaviors. Our neighbors next to us do NOT have dogs, but occasionally, you may hear children playing. We have two dogs in the house, but they rarely bark, and we will try to have them upstairs when you are here. My husband is often working from home, but he will not leave the office or bother you when you are here. The deck and all dog amenities (toys, water bowl, poop bags, hose) are available for you to use. The water valve for the hose is behind the couch on the deck. We just ask that you turn off the hose, pick up poop, and fully latch the gate on your way out. Poop bags can go in the bucket on the stone bench. Parking is available on the street, or you can park on the parking pad. Enter and exit through the gate on the left side of the house (when facing the house from the street). Thanks so much! ☺️

We have about an acre fully fenced and another little bit of wilderness in the back. There's tall trees for shade/sniffing and a big open field in the middle. My dog is reactive and this yard has been a great space for him to run free and we'd love to share it to give other dogs a chance to have a safe space to run too :)

Great area to take your pups ! There is no fence but as long as the listen decent they have all the room in the world to run . Because of its size I will try to host more than one dog at a time . There is a lake to swim and almost fully wooded. Thanks again for taking the time .

We are located on a no outlet street in Munson (Chardon), Ohio. Our home has several acres; one acre is securely fenced in with a combination of decorative fencing and chain link. All of the gates have an extra "lock" in order to secure they are latched while closed. The base of the fence is routinely inspected for gaps or escape routes and every measure is taken in order to make sure all dogs remain within the fenced in area. The space has a combination of open grass, wooded areas and even trails for dogs and their owners to explore while visiting my spot. The humans may sit on the seating by the woods, the "ice cream bench" slider, the furniture on the deck or the benches around the fire pit. Bags and/or a a pooper scooper are provided for waste. We kindly ask our guests to treat our property with respect. Owners must remain on the premises with their dog(s) at all times. Fresh Water is provided for each visit; the bowl is cleaned and sanitized before each visit. Please adhere to your reserved time, as sometimes I have back-to-back bookings and have my own dogs I schedule accordingly. Thank you for visiting my private park!

Vinyl fence, 5' tall. Over Summer 2024, we are installing PVC coated galvanized wiring to keep pups of all sizes secure and safe. Our neighborhood is calm and friendly, lots of families and people walking their dogs. Our nextdoor neighbor has a friendly Yorkie, who likes people and dogs. She may be on a lead outside on the back deck or out front. We have a hose for hot days, and sometimes we'll have our doggy pool, hammock, and/or badminton net out - all of which you're welcome to use! We have a bin with dog supplies such as waste bags, water dish & water, and a towel. You can find it by the picnic table with the umbrella. NO pesticides/chemicals used on our property! We love dogs of ALL breeds, and we love rescue dogs! 🐾

I am a pet boarder through Rover and all of the dogs love our yard. They often run laps around the retaining walls in the middle. The yard has a mixture of wood and metal fencing. You are welcome to park in our driveway if you pull up to the second garage door. There will be a hose outside during the warm months. I will make sure to scoop poop before your visit. Please make sure to clean up after your dog. You can use our poop shovel and bucket if you'd like.

It is very nice fenced in back yard and has some wood area in the far back. I will have chairs out in the summer and do have dog bowls and faucet on the side of house where you can get water and you can put your poop bags in my trash can,(please tie them up,thank you)
