Require pet owners to use your best judgment if you unleash your pets as I will not be held accountable for loose pets, you know your furry best friend better than anyone and know their limitations and temptations! No farm animals are on site but sometimes wildlife will wonder the property such as deer and squirrels mostly, I recommend only unleashing your pet if they listen to your commands even when tempted to chase! As only one side of our acreage is fenced the other is not. Thank you!

I do have a large pond on site that is approximately 6ft deep with a bridge across it, if you do not want your dog to be in the pond please be able to make sure that your dog doesn’t do so but I do not mind them taking a swim if you do not, my pond is not treated with chemicals whatsoever but it may have natural substances such as algae etc. if you do not want your dog consuming the water please do not let them in to swim as they may not be able to avoid wanting to drink the pond water as I will not be responsible for your pet consuming the pond water. If your pet is not familiar with water please do not allow them to enter the pond as I will not be responsible for the risk of your pet possibly drowning. Unleashing needs to be a personal responsible choice with having the knowledge of knowing your pets temptations and limitations as my land is only partially fenced all the way down the right side only not across the land when reaching the end to the woods I do own down to the edge of a fresh water running creek please do not enter the woods at the end of the open field as there is a steep drop off as I do not want pets or people to be injured from an accidental fall. I will not be responsible for your pet chasing any wildlife that they may see on the property please keep your pet leashed if they do not follow commands when they may be tempted to chase! Buster was a 16 year-old dog who passed away while running in his sleep on July 25, 2025. He enjoyed his field with family dogs his entire life. He was the last one as I am at an age now where I probably won't be getting another dog; so, I want others to enjoy the land. After the first freeze, I drain the interior pipes and hot water heater to the wash stall inside the barn, there is however a 12-month frost free outdoor fountain on the back side of the barn by the woods with a water trough and plenty of electric outlets. I mowed a trail around the perimeter that is about .4 miles for a walk / run around the inside of the perimeter of the five acre field (.2 miles if you cut through the middle to avoid the little hill on the side next to the houses on the road).
