Description

Discover this charming 0.5-acre partially fenced private dog park in Cumming, conveniently located near exit 14 and the hospital. Your furry friends will love the generous yard space for sniffing, searching, and exercising, with fun areas perfect for tossing and fetching. The yard is currently being updated, and the fence has been partially damaged by hurricane winds, but rest assured, it remains a private sanctuary. There's a friendly neighbor with a dog you'll rarely see, and a lovely pond where our beagle can spend hours relaxing. If you have a smaller dog, the inviting front yard offers seating and plenty of space to explore and sniff. During spring, enjoy the sight of beautiful butterflies, vibrant birds, especially cardinals, adding color and life to the surroundings. The front area opens to a quiet dead-end street, accessible only to residents and package deliveries. We look forward to welcoming you soon!

PLEASE make sure to pick up your dog's/dogs' poop. The leaves are falling and it makes it hard to find, so please pay attention to where your pup goes. Welcome to our 1.25-acre fully fenced yard. No frills. This yard is a wonderful place for dogs to play & run. Enjoy the swing while your pups run & play. Shade up by the house, as well as a box full of balls. Dog water bowls up by the garage doors. Please try to keep your pups from digging in the grass. There is a wooden rack in between the garage doors which holds the Chuck-it. PLEASE PUT IT BACK ON THE RACK. There are security cameras monitoring the driveway & gate into the property for your protection and ours. Resident dogs cannot be seen from the yard, but will most likely bark when you pull up. Poop bags & balls provided. There is a trash can up by the garage where you can throw the poop bags.
