We provide toys including balls and a Frisbee, plus fresh water to keep your pup hydrated. On warmer days, dogs can cool off in a wading pool, and towels are available for drying off before heading home. Conveniently located near I-95, our spot is easy to get to whether you're local or just passing through. Please note: The yard is fenced, but the fencing is not suitable for small dogs or escape artists. Whether your dog needs exercise, enrichment, or a quick play break during travel, this is a welcoming, easy-access spot for larger pups to enjoy. The Golden Dog Playground is located on more than 5 scenic acres in Barrington, NH, with just over 1 acre of fenced-in space, the Playground was created to give dogs a safe, enriching place to simply be dogs. This private space encourages natural dog behavior through sniffing, exploring, digging, moving, observing, water play (seasonal), and confidence-building activities. It is not just a place to run — it is a thoughtfully designed environment where dogs can move at their own pace, build confidence, and enjoy off-leash freedom without the pressure of a public dog park. The Playground includes two connected fenced areas, enrichment toys, confidence-building equipment, a digging station, sensory experiences, natural fitness opportunities, seasonal water play, fresh water, clean bowls, waste bags, and easy disposal. Some dogs come to play. Some come to sniff, settle, and explore. Some need space to build confidence in a calm, controlled environment. Quarter acre of grass, fully fenced. Kiddie pool just for dogs! While my fence is intact, I would advise caution for tiny breed escape artists who can potentially squeeze through small gaps. This has not been an issue in my experience with friends’ small dogs though.

Bear Brook Canine Camp

Fully fenced in approximately two acres. We now have lighting for nighttime use. Approximately five times around the property perimeter equals a mile. We have chuck-it throws and balls, many toys, sand/digging areas, pools and agility equipment in a large, fenced area for you and your dog to romp around. Main entrance to the yard can be found by entering the second driveway and parking in the designated parking area in front of the solar barn. We do not plow that driveway in the winter as it’s just gravel. So, feel free to park at the bottom of my driveway and walk to the SS gate if you’re not comfortable using the SS driveway in the winter. We ask that you please adhere to our 24 hour notice when changing or canceling a reservation. We are always fully booked on weekends and most weekdays too.
