Mountain Majesty/Wooded Hiking Area

Beautiful fully fenced in yard with plenty of comfortable seating! We have a fully covered patio, a gazebo, and a flat screen tv with access to cable, Netflix, Hulu, HBO and more. We have two friendly dogs that would love to play if you’re trying to tire your pup out! Plenty of off street parking as well!

Fully fenced! Restore your soul while your dog explores our lush, peaceful backyard. Plenty of seating available, and large, shady trees for you to relax under while your dog runs and plays! A green, pesticide-free lawn and perennial flowers add to the feeling of peace you will have after spending an hour in our backyard. Please make sure your dog is able to be respectful of our raised-garden boxes. The shorter fence is reinforced with chicken wire, even a smaller dog cannot escape. Please enter through the gate to the right of the garage. Limit 2 people per visit, and please keep guest vehicles limited to one (1) in order to not disturb the neighbors. Take a lovely walk in the woods with your dog, let them sniff and enjoy nature. Lots of squirrels to chase, sniffs to enjoy and hills to run up and down. Three acres of forest, fully fenced for your enjoyment. This is not the average suburban development -- this is more like hiking in the National Forest. You won't have any issues with dogs or people on adjacent properties! This property is surrounded by National Forest and unfenced/unused private property. In addition, you have another acre for agility, complete with jumps, tunnels, dog walk, a-frame, teeter, etc. All high end equipment. The running surface is flat & covered with 4 inches of wood chips. The wood chips are all from local trees, so no worries about added chemicals, etc.

This sniffspot is a fully enclosed backyard so you can let your dog wander! 3 sides are privacy fence and 1 side is a 4ft chain link fence. There are always new smells and some city wildlife like squirrels that provide dogs plenty of enrichment while in the yard.
