Explore, Sniff, Swim & Play - Our 3-acre fully fenced dog area is perfect for dogs who prefer to stay close to their humans or aren't quite ready for off-leash adventures in the wider property. It's a spacious place to run, sniff, play, and enjoy the outdoors. For dogs with reliable recall who are comfortable and responsible off leash, the adventure can continue beyond the fenced area. Explore our wooded property, follow the well-defined trail from the back gate of the fenced area down to two beautiful, large oak trees, and continue through the woods toward the Siuslaw River. The river runs along the back of the property and offers opportunities for dogs to cool off and swim when conditions are appropriate. A Comfortable Space for Humans - Near the fenced dog area, you'll find a small outbuilding with a fully stocked kitchen, drinkable water, a refrigerator, couches, a chair, and a first aid kit. The deck has outdoor seating, making it a lovely spot to relax while your dog enjoys the property. Additional amenities include: • Fresh water and a trough for dogs to drink from and splash or play in. • A fully functioning outhouse for human use. • Deck and kitchen lighting for evening hangouts. • Plenty of space to enjoy food, snacks, and time with your dog. • Potable water for humans and dogs. • A secure place to store food, personal belongins, and a place to stay dry if it’s raining. Please note: The yurt is off-limits to dog park visitors, but the deck and designated outbuilding spaces are available for you to enjoy. River Safety — Please Read - The Siuslaw River changes significantly throughout the year. • Summer and fall: The river is generally lower, more mellow, and warmer. • Winter: Water levels rise significantly, the current becomes stronger, and the water is much colder. You are responsible for your dog and all decisions made for yourself and your animal while using the property, including in the river area. The property owners have warned of potential hazards, and all visitors are expected to take appropriate precautions. A Few Important Reminders • Please practice Leave No Trace principles. Pack out everything you bring in, including trash and waste. 1 acre fully- fenced regularly mowed field. Flat and open for running and playing. Lots of trees and shade. Please respect dog waste etiquette and pick up after your pup. Waste bags and garbage are provided. There are security cameras on the property. Please, no smoking. If you cannot make it to your reserved time, please cancel through the app ASAP so that others have a chance to fill that time. Thank you.

Bring your pup to stretch, run, and explore our 2-acre fully fenced property in Junction City! The entire area is enclosed with a sturdy 6-foot chain link fence, and portions include a privacy screen for extra peace of mind and comfort. Your dog will have plenty of room to roam, sniff, and play safely off-leash. While there are goats and chickens outside of the fenced area, they are not visible from the dog park. The space includes chairs and a table underneath a covered area —perfect for relaxing while your pup plays—and some dog toys to keep the fun going. We are conveniently located in Junction City, being an ideal getaway for dogs who love open space and secure freedom.

We're easily accessed via Fox Hollow, Chambers, or Bailey Hill. Our property has a 3 acre Fully Fenced & mowed private dog park with a view of Spencers Butte! There's some fun stuff out there including giant tractor tires, a straw bale structure (Pumpkin Parkour!), jumps and an agility tunnel. We're always looking for new ideas and love requests! We also have 7+ acres of Partially Fenced nature area with trails, including forest and fields. Please keep your dog on leash while exploring the trails, as the property is not 100% fenced and there can be deer roaming as well!

*Yes, I have raised my price, which means less business, but hopefully more respectful customers. I was doing this previously at $7/dog/hr, which meant I made less than $5/hr. Which was actually less than $5/2 hrs because of the amount of time it takes to prep and keep a place like this clean for you all. I spend an hour every morning cleaning the yard and prepping the human space. And in between visits, I walk the yard entirely and re-prep everything. Which includes dumping And changing the doggy pool water. There are snacks and drinks provided for both humans and pups. Including iced water and hot tea or cocoa. If you leave poo in my yard once, okay, but if you do it twice, you are blocked. And if you come with 3 dogs and leave 6 shits, you are done immediately. I did this for 8 months and dealt with so many ass 🎩's. I have an amazing space, that is perfect for dogs, and is conveniently located in the Santa Clara area. But I am done with people taking advantage. So my price now reflects the work it takes to maintain the space and the amenities that make this a little getaway for you and your pup. 0.36 acre lot size. Fully fenced with 6' reinforced wooden panels. This yard is perfect for letting your dog run and play! Big enough to throw a ball! Also, my home is at the head of a trail that leads to Arrowhead Park, which is about a 1-2 min walk away. So before or after your off-leash playtime, you can walk the trails and take your pup to the the beautiful park!

The property is a horse ranch on 25 acres surrounded by private forest. There is a shallow year round creek that is refreshingly cold and also a large pond that your dog can swim in. There are hiking trails that start at the edge of the property. The trails are mostly uphill. The outdoor and indoor arenas are available for an extra fee. They are mostly dog proof for large dogs but not escape proof for small dogs. The horses wander around the property early in the morning so if your dog chases horses it should be kept on a leash around the horses. I recommend that I show you around your first time out here. To get here you must be prepared to drive down 5 miles of gravel road. There is a gate to get into the property. The gate code will be sent to you with the welcoming message. Cell phone signals are weak once you get on the gravel so check the pre-visit message sent two hours before the appointment before you get out of cell service.
