Five-acres easily accessible off Bailey Hill Road, just outside Eugene OR, separated from the road by a steep embankment. This property has a seasonal creek, seasonal wetlands, and a picturesque bridge connecting a green front pasture to a pastured back acre with wooded areas on the property. My property is not fenced but is surrounded by natural, densely wooded areas. Note: The creek is seasonal and is not spring-fed. The water level ranges from flowing to muddy to bone dry, depending on weather and recent rainfall. The pastures are mowed infrequently, and the grass height ranges from tall to very tall - perfect for large dogs or small dogs that like to explore. I provide a water bowl and hose, chairs, easy parking, dog bags, a trash can, and free range of the property and creek area. The property is a horse ranch on 25 acres surrounded by private forest. There is a shallow year round creek that is refreshingly cold and also a large pond that your dog can swim in. There are hiking trails that start at the edge of the property. The trails are mostly uphill. The outdoor and indoor arenas are available for an extra fee. They are mostly dog proof for large dogs but not escape proof for small dogs. The horses wander around the property early in the morning so if your dog chases horses it should be kept on a leash around the horses. I recommend that I show you around your first time out here. To get here you must be prepared to drive down 5 miles of gravel road. There is a gate to get into the property. The gate code will be sent to you with the welcoming message. Cell phone signals are weak once you get on the gravel so check the pre-visit message sent two hours before the appointment before you get out of cell service.
