Very clean yard since I pick up after my own dogs daily. You can sit and relax or enjoy your book or bring a date. Squirrels and birds will make your visit more exciting. There isn't much to it, which makes it a great spot for dogs. There are places to sniff and explore, and very quiet neighbors. You can park in the cul-de-sac and make your way to the back. Easy, large, private, and pretty hard to destroy.
