This space is designed for peaceful, one-on-one time for just you and your pup. Open 1/2 acre with no trees so plenty of space for your pups to run and do zoomies and get some great exercise. Secure area with 6’ high fencing. The area is not connected to our home so it gives you private time with your dogs. All visits must be booked at least 3 hours in advance through Sniffspot for each day and time-no drop-ins or recurring standing visits. This helps keep the schedule fair and ensures every guest has a reserved, private experience. 🌾 Sniffspot Update: Hat of the Month is coming mid April. My mastiffs will be in the house or in their fenced area off the house but may possibly see you and you may hear them barking or howling but they are just jealous you are out in their barnyard having fun 😊. Fully Fenced Spacious Yard - Fitchburg

May 28th 2026 update: I will be getting a six foot tall privacy fence installed in my yard on Monday June 8th. After that, hours will be more available. I am going out of town until then and closing the spot for the week but it will be back and more private starting Tuesday June 9th (at least in theory) May 2026 update: I am currently working on getting a six foot tall privacy fence to block out my neighbor and provide more privacy for everyone involved. To maintain the peace I have limited my hours as I wait for the new fence installation. I believe early June everything will be all set. Please be patient the next few weeks if you have trouble booking with me. Once the fence is up and there are no distractions a more open schedule will resume. Thank you for your patience and understanding and I can’t wait for the experience to be that much more private and better. This fenced in back yard has plenty of space for dogs to run about. The driveway is long enough that you’ll have your own private and close spot right next to the gate. Peaceful and beautiful backyard. One neighbor is visible but rarely out. Sometimes their dog is outside and will bark but then they take him in. Fenced about five feet tall.

About 1 acre fully fenced in yard with a 6 foot privacy fence, except the gate - (which is 4 ft chain link). Bench & patio furniture for the humans. Cushions are in the shed, please just return them to the shed after use. We have poop bags, a trash bucket, water dishes, and toys also in the shed along with a kiddie pool you can use. In the summer there is a water faucet attached to the barn, right in the yard to fill the kiddie pool or water bowls. A frost free faucet located right outside the fence, on the back of the house is usable all year. Both are fed from a natural spring on property for crystal clear water. Please note we are are a working wooshop so you may hear, and occasionally see people, on your walk to the backyard.

Fully fenced in backyard for your dog(s) to play and run! There is plenty of space for your pup(s) to run around, have fun, and burn off some energy! (Please note, the trampoline seen in the pictures has been removed). There is a water bowl and some poop bags on the cement slab in the backyard (please dispose of the full poop bags in the trash bin at the front of the house), 3 balls also available to play with. There is also a water hose available. If the dog water bowl has no water in it, you are welcome to use the hose to fill it! To get to the backyard, enter through the fence to the right of the garage/house. *Please note: We will remain open during the winter, use at your discretion because there will be snow out there at times. Off Leash at Hop Hollow (Sturbridge)

Welcome to our Sniffspot area in Sturbridge (Fiskdale) MA. We are excited to provide an off leash play space for your furry bestie. **Winter alert: Other than a path from the driveway, the Sniffspot area is not shoveled and can be VERY icy and/or snow covered!! Conveniently located close to the Massachusetts Turnpike and Rte 84. The Sniffspot area is in a quiet residential, wooded area. There is a sportsman's club a ways down the road, and if there is an event, occasionally, the range can be audible. Most dogs have been completely unbothered by it. Last minute reservations are ok, but please understand, with minimal notice, we may not have the opportunity to completely refresh the play space. Please utilize the message option for questions and updates.

Groverland

The pool is open!! Please remember - it needs to be added as an “extra” and there is a limit of 3 dogs in the pool for the longevity of our filter and pump :) Groverland is a 2 acre fenced yard so you and your furry friend(s) have plenty of room to roam. Please be sure the gate latches when you come in and when you leave. We live next to a very busy road and want to ensure everyone's safety! We have toys in a bin on the steps to the deck. Feel free to use them, but please put them back when you are done. There are poop bags and wet wipes on the toy station as well. The poop bucket is next to the gate you came in. Water dishes will be on the pavers between the pool and the house. Use of the pool is an add on, so please be sure to mark that when you make your reservations. We will provide towels, pool toys, and life jackets for your use. Please hang the towels and life jackets on the fence when you have completed your visit. We do ask that you keep barking to a minimum. I have grumpy neighbors who disapprove of the Spot :) We are open from 10am - 4pm, but will sometimes make exceptions, so feel free to ask.
