Description

The yard extends from the house to the next street and is fully fenced. It is long enough that my throws don't reach the back fence, although occasionally a ball lands in neighboring yards if mis-aimed or bounced off trees. The yard also has a patio, deck platform, hammock, hammock chair, shed, chairs available, a fire pit, and several trees shading the property. Sticks are plentiful and I've provided a bin with several dog toys. A bowl of water is provided and a hose spigot is just outside of the gate if needed. Upon request I can provide a dog wading pool, sprinkler, and/or a portable agility kit. Regarding accessibility, a wheelchair would be fine onto the patio by the house, but it would be difficult to traverse the rest of the yard.

Hazards

Not really any hazards for people or dogs unless you consider a log pile a hazard. There are, however, a couple ways toys could end up out of reach, but I should be able to get them afterwards if you let me know. Also, there is enough of a gap under the deck platform for toys or some smaller dogs to go under there. However, an extremely timid dog who likes to hide in "cave" areas could take refuge out of reach under the deck platform, so any with that type of smaller dog should be careful of that.

Additional rules

Here (and with other Spots that are yards) please ask for permission before entering early in order to ensure everything is in place. I need notice to provide the agility kit, wading pool, or sprinkler. I also would prefer to know ahead of time if you want to use the fire pit. The small metal trash can is available for pet waste. Chairs can be moved as needed and extra chairs are available behind the shed. Please return borrowed toys to the provided bin and let me know about any that go out of reach.

	Arrive and leave on time, this is important for safety.

Clean property. The fence appeared sturdy and there was plenty of room to run. We brought our own, but there appeared to be an assortment of nice toys. Angela was very pleasant. Will definitely be back and am considering a subscription. We could hear other animals at a distance but none were seen.

The yard was beautiful and spacious! The chairs were cleaned off and ready to be sat in! A fresh bowl of water was out! It was a wonderful experience.
