IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD Beat the weather and come play with your pup in our warm indoor training space! Safe rubber-matted flooring, hoopers hoops, tunnels, jumps, and a fully fenced, covered turf potty yard so your dog can comfortably go no matter the weather. Water for dogs and an indoor washroom for humans included. This space is for personal use only. No training classes or business sessions permitted.

Additional rules

Access to Secondary potty yard (the one you do not enter through) is off limits. All training equipment that may be used will be in open corner with signage, this must be put back as found. Accidents must be cleaned up and dog poop discarded in outside waste. Owners will be required to bring a water dish for their dog. Keep lights on for next visitor and close all doors/gates. please be respectful of area and do not use anything other then the equipment allowed. Washroom faucet is currently turned off but here is hand sanitizer available. Please do not allow dogs to potty indoors. Due to ongoing issues with urine marking, a potty fee will be of $10 can charged for any indoor accidents. Dogs must potty before entry and may use the fenced entryway as needed. Thank you for your understanding.

However, the fencing is a mix of 50% horse board-style fencing with 50% cattle panel type fencing along the roads at the front and along both sides of the property. Horse farms are on either side of the property and the horses to the south will come up to the fence and are very curious. The back of the property is open forest with board fencing as well. Lots of room for you and your dog(s) to run and play. Approximately 20 acres of open fields. No muddy areas and fields are well drained and dry.
