IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD. Over 4,200 fenced outdoor space with fun training obstacles to enjoy with your dog. Choose our pool add-on to get access to our 14x7 foot pool that is located in our carport area between our 2 buildings.

Guests must pick up after their dogs, prevent their dogs from urinating on agility equipment, prevent digging and excessive barking (residence near by). Dogs must enter and exit space on a leash. Gate must be locked after use. Water hose provided in the corner, you are welcome to fill the small doggie pool to help collect your dog(s) down. Please drain the water at the end of your visit to ensure each rental after you can have the option of enjoy clean and cool water.

However, the fencing is a mix of 50% horse board-style fencing with 50% cattle panel type fencing along the roads at the front and along both sides of the property. Horse farms are on either side of the property and the horses to the south will come up to the fence and are very curious. The back of the property is open forest with board fencing as well. Lots of room for you and your dog(s) to run and play. Approximately 20 acres of open fields. No muddy areas and fields are well drained and dry.
