We host a beekeeper who has about 40 hives on a well-marked and avoidable section of one trail. The bees are out only from April to October but please avoid the hives anyway. Come trot with us! We hope you love Tweedside as much as we do! We recently adopted a senior GSD named Bella. She’s made herself at home and has embarked on many sniffing adventures, so we decided to open up our space to all the other furry friends in need of a sniff-tastic trot! We’re located in rural upper East Stoney Creek. The total property spans around 60 acres, with open fields near the entrance and approx 1km pathway that leads to a forested space and more fields. The open fields you’ll find upon entering are a healthy distance from the road, however you will see and hear passing cars in the distance. Once you start your journey down the path, all road distractions will be out of sight. Since the property is unfenced, please be mindful if your pup is a flight risk. We’ve blocked off timeframes before 9am and between 530pm and 6pm- these are the typical times our animals take potty breaks! 4 sprawling acres of open countryside, all yours for a good old fashioned zoomie session! This quiet corner of West Lincoln has wide open fields, mature trees, and plenty of room for your pup to sniff, explore, and run free. Just a heads up, the space is unfenced, so a long lead or a dog with solid recall makes for the most relaxed visit. The deck is getting a little TLC, so watch your step for splinters and near the ladder there is a loose board (splinters aren't on the amenities list). No glass poolside, plastic cups only. 💦 Cool off with our Pool Extra! Please note the pool is not included in your base booking and is subject to availability. Available in time blocks to match your visit: $15 for 30 minutes, $25 for 1 hour, $35 for 1.5 hours, or $45 for 2 hours. Just pick the block that fits (no need to stack multiples). Want more than 2 hours of splash time? Send a quick message and we’ll make it work. Bonus: it’s a steal compared to renting the pool solo on Swimply, where it runs $40/hour without dogs, plus an extra fee for bringing one along! Private yard at pet retreat

We have a very large, fully fenced front yard with gate access from parking lot. *Please note there is an operating dog kennel at the back of the house* You will hear other dogs barking but you will not see them. There are other animals on the property as well. Horses & goats in back yard, chickens & cats free roam. These animals will not approach when with a dog, but leash training & a good grip required for all dogs on the walk from the car to the play yard. This yard goes unused aside from our two personal dogs that do not take advantage of it. We are hoping it can bring joy to other dogs in need. Great spot for lots of running!
