Forestland Conservation and sustainable Timber Production: My family and I have bought in the Hot Springs with the intention of retiring to the area. The previous owners chose the timber harvest practice of clearcutting. We will be working with the Department of Forestry and on selection harvesting certainly the most complex timber harvesting practice. In the interim we will be hosting an ultimate private experience on the property.
