If you are facing our property boundries are defined by the tree line on the right and then a fence that extends to an open area on the left all the way to the fence at the back. Can park in the driveway, or on the road, or the grass in front of our property. *available when not under burn ban for Ellis County. Must follow fire safety rules etc.

This location sits on 10acres. We have a spacious fenced area for you and dogs to run. We have water and a place for you to sit while your dog is playing. We also have a full time boarding kennel if you need a place to keep your dog while you’re away.

The property is just over 8 acres and fully fenced with barb wire cattle fencing. The portion of the property around the house has more secure wire mesh fencing! We have lots of seating available, we just ask you don't come onto the porch for our dog's sake (: The property has meadows, trees, walking trails, and a pond for you and your pup to enjoy! Right off 35! Are you traveling down 35 with your pet? Take a pit stop at our Sniffspot and let your furry friend stretch their legs then be back on the road no problem!

Come enjoy our backyard oasis. We have plenty of covered seating for any weather. A tree swing for all ages. Lights for night time. Fire pit. Outlet for charges. Wi-Fi available if needed. A fridge for drinks(water included) We also have a speaker if you like to listen to some music with your pups. In the summer months we will have a sprinkler to play/keep cool in.

Hello! Thank you for stopping by. I am a horse trainer and you and your dog will be entering a horse training environment, complete with horse poop. 🤣 This spot is best suited for medium to large dogs who mind pretty well. Perimeter of the 36 acres is mostly mesh fenced but your dog could get under electric fence and in with the horses if they do not listen well. The back acreage/hiking trails are horse free, secluded and have varied terrain with seasonal water in the creek to play in. This is NOT a safe off leash environment for a dog with no recall. This is a wonderful environment to show your buddy new friends and let the high energy dog play.

** Price does not include pool use. Please add the extra for dogs that will be swimming. ** The "Pup Pool Paradise Open!" Is for your pup only. Please add the extra "Ultimate Bark & Swim" if you want to swim with your pup. (Limit 2 people, limit 3 dogs. If you will be bringing 4 or more dogs, please be aware there is an "extra" that will need to be purchased due to an additional charge for upkeep in the pool. The shade patio provides a comfortable spot to relax, while the outside fire pit is perfect for cozy nights. The in-ground pool offers a refreshing way to cool off, and the nearby golf course grass provides a beautiful backdrop. The fenced-in yard ensures safety for your furry friends, while the abundance of dog toys keeps them entertained.
