The property is just over 8 acres and fully fenced with barb wire cattle fencing. The portion of the property around the house has more secure wire mesh fencing! We have lots of seating available, we just ask you don't come onto the porch for our dog's sake (: The property has meadows, trees, walking trails, and a pond for you and your pup to enjoy! Right off 35! Are you traveling down 35 with your pet? Take a pit stop at our Sniffspot and let your furry friend stretch their legs then be back on the road no problem!

**Spot fee includes pool access for dog(s). If 1 human intends to access the pool, there is an additional charge. POOL ACCESS LIMITED TO 2 HOURS MAX. Children under 18 are always prohibited. Please see 'Extras' for more details.**

Located on a quite country road. Trampoline, swing set, picnic table and fire pit* 3 acres to run free and dig on on near highway 287. If you are facing our property boundries are defined by the tree line on the right and then a fence that extends to an open area on the left all the way to the fence at the back. Can park in the driveway, or on the road, or the grass in front of our property. *available when not under burn ban for Ellis County. Must follow fire safety rules etc.

Puppy play time! Bring your pups to run and explore our property. We have a fully fenced yard or an open, unfenced field…your choice! Total property is 2.5 acres. Important note: Our property is bordered by a creek. It is not to be entered/accessed by Sniffspot visitors, please.

The shade patio provides a comfortable spot to relax, while the outside fire pit is perfect for cozy nights. The in-ground pool offers a refreshing way to cool off, and the nearby golf course grass provides a beautiful backdrop. The fenced-in yard ensures safety for your furry friends, while the abundance of dog toys keeps them entertained. With plenty of room to roam around, your pups will have endless space to play and explore.

Bring your Pup to sniff, zoom, fetch or swim in our clean, secure and safe backyard. Or if you’re more adventurous, go explore the back 55 acres with your Pup. (Please read details regarding the back acreage). Pool- Your dog is welcome to use the pool There is an additional fee for humans and must be booked in the "extra" section when booking in your dog(s). The Extra includes a towel, pool float and bathroom facilities for humans. 2 people max, and for 2 hours max. No children under the age of 18 in the pool please. *We don't supply life jackets for dogs/humans, so if you or your pet is unsure about swimming it is recommended to bring one* *Pool temperature is not regulated by a heater or chiller.* *Glass bottles, smoking and alcohol beverages are not allowed on the property*

We are primarily an equestrian facility, but we also offer dogs and their owners the option to come out and stretch their legs!

This location sits on 10acres. We have a spacious fenced area for you and dogs to run. We have water and a place for you to sit while your dog is playing. We also have a full time boarding kennel if you need a place to keep your dog while you’re away.

Come enjoy our backyard oasis. We have plenty of covered seating for any weather. A tree swing for all ages. Lights for night time. Fire pit. Outlet for charges. Wi-Fi available if needed. A fridge for drinks(water included) We also have a speaker if you like to listen to some music with your pups. In the summer months we will have a sprinkler to play/keep cool in.

Summer is right around the corner ☀️ 😁 My yard is just a little over half a acre with plenty of space to run around & fetch. It is fully fenced so you can feel comfortable enjoying one of the many spots to relax while your dog(s) can freely roam the yard. 🙂 Feel free to sit on the patio, or one of the many swings around. We've recently moved, no one has lived here for years and the back yard has some grass but it's a big spot with 10 plus trees and plenty of squirrels to chase, we have a large enclosed back porch that your welcome to use.

This empty grassy lot is nestled between 2 homes and is shaded under big, beautiful trees. There is lots of room to run around, play fetch, and pick up a stick or two. Neighborhood is quiet so it's perfect for nervous pups. Great, tranquil space!

CCF is a 30 acre piece of land with 20 acres of accessible land. It has large oak trees and pecan trees. There is a stock tank on the property that I try to keep mowed. The spot for Sniff clients will not be shared. However, a Sniff client may go out of the designated areas. Please do not allow your dog to poop at the campsites that are on the Farm. DO NOT ALLOW YOUR DOGS TO COME UP IN MY YARD.

I have a super cute backyard available for you and your doggies to get out, play fetch, chill out under the Pergola without the hecticness of local dog parks. It's completely fenced, water, electrical outlets, chairs, pretty much anything you'll need for a nice yard escape for your dogs. It's about 3,000 square feet. Super convenient off 35, Zang and 67. Great if you need a yard get away in the Zang triangle. Or if you are passing through town on 35. Perfect before hitting downtown traffic.

This is a house on 2 acres. Behind the house most of the 2 acres is fully fenced if you close the cattle gate in the first picture. Bring a chair, and enjoy the acreage in the city! Your pup will love running on the almost 2 acres and so will you! Private dog park oasis to yourself!
