Turn down this beautiful, secluded, tree-lined drive and wind your way toward 36 acres of organic sniffing and running fields, rolling pastures, wooded acreage, spring-fed stream, and stocked pond. You’ll pass a historic two-story red barn built in 1890, blooming apple trees, bee hives, horse stable (with horse and sheep), and family house to this restored, historic 1890s main house. Beautiful native trees and a historic stone smokehouse. Sky-blue chicken coop and free ranging (fenced in) chickens. Look out the east for a beautiful view of the nearby stream. Additional viewable structures include a corn shed, two line sheds, outhouse and grain bins. The entrance to this unique property is secured with an electronic gate. Add the extra (if available) and fish at the stocked pond! Lots to do and see/sniff for pups and owners. Pond swimming is always included in hourly rate. Pool is unavailable. 1 Acre Fenced-In Private Dog Park in the Northland

Come enjoy our easy-to-get-to 1 acre backyard! Half sunny field, half shaded woods, this spot is perfect for exploration! (This is our home, we live here, this is not Bar K or even a city run park) There is a small shed with a shaded porch, chairs, towels, treats, toys and water jug for refills. Feel free to use the kiddie pools as well!

John's dog park is located in Clay county Missouri you go through pleasant valley to get to it. It is surrounded by Kansas City claycomo and pleasant valley but the sniff spot is actually located in Clay county Missouri it's his split by shoal Creek it has some deep areas and shallow areas for different sized dogs I am in the middle of setting up barbecue grills bonfire pits lighting it has asphalt off the road parking and you can drive your car all the way down to the spot in the woods so no need to worry about it being parked or ticketed on a city road. John's dog park is an excellent mix of the country without the drive to the country right in the middle of the city. On John's dog Park trails you also see deer turkey rabbits squirrels and much much more. There are nice cut trails to walk you and your dog will have a wonderful experience and I believe your dog well enjoy trails the timber the wide openness and the ability to run swim and play all while not being bothered by people for not having a leash although that is at your discretion and the safety of you and your dog is at your own risk although John's dog park is a very safe place to go. The property is located at the last house on a dead end road from there a private road that goes back into the woods that is asphalted and gated there's grass trees thicket mold stereos creeks waterways plenty of sunlight or shade if you need. I believe once you try it out once you will be hooked and really enjoy the property as I do myself it is always mode very nicely and cleaned up with the help of my patrons please pick up all trash and there are doggie bags provided for feces to throw in the trash We look forward to seeing you and appreciate the opportunity to make you and your canine happy Thank you sincerely, John Carter

Peaceful Pup Paradise

Nice large, open yard for lots of running around. Quiet setting with frequent deer sightings. We have hummingbird and bird feeders that are much visited. We have native plants that attract many butterflies. There is a kiddie pool for the dogs to splash in, seasonally. There are multiple seating areas for humans in both sunny and shady spots: a glider at the back of the yard by the pool, seating in the garden and ample seating on the large deck with another glider. Please feel free to utilize the deck. We do not enter the sunroom that is up against the deck when guests are here. Enjoy the hammock and saucer swing. The Sniffspot box has everything you need including toys and towels to dry off after a satisfying splash in the pool. We are constantly updating and improving our yard to make it as beautiful and fun as possible.

Our backyard has a 6-foot wooden privacy fence with an added "Houdini" fence topper. Even the most creative dogs will not be able to escape. We also have a sofa and patio umbrella for people to lounge while their dogs play. Water, poop bags, and trash can provided.
