Your visit includes: 🐾 32 acres of secure, fully fenced land 🌳 Beautiful shaded areas perfect for relaxing or enjoying a picnic 🎣 Bring your fishing poles! Our stocked pond is home to catfish, bass, and bluegill. (Fishing is welcome during your visit.) 🚻 Restroom access available at the Shell gas station right next door! 📸 Plenty of scenic spots for memorable photos We ask that all guests help us keep the property beautiful by cleaning up after themselves! Please don’t litter!!! You can park in the circle drive or drive out to the pond and park right by the water! There are chairs and a picnic table full of essentials for you to utilize!If you dog has a chance of eating chickens PLEASE park at the pond away from the house! (Opposite of the pond.) Dogs can’t catch the ducks or geese but the chickens can’t fly away. If you want to feed the birds I can set bird snacks/feed out! There is doggie drinking water and bowls on the picnic table! Please clean up after yourself. Leave every bit of rubbish in one of the totes/buckets! Don’t hesitate to ask if you need ANYTHING! I will not bother you unless you ask me to! 😂❤️ If you see cars come and go we own a paintless dent repair company and sometimes customers bring their cars to the shop for dent removal. They will NOT bother you at all! You have EXCLUSIVE use of the pond and all of the yard during your visit!!! My property is also available for camping (tent or rv) upon request. I have WiFi and electric access (minimal.) Whether you’re visiting for exercise, training, a relaxing afternoon outdoors, or a day of fishing with your four-legged companion, we hope you and your pup make yourselves at home. We hope you love our spot! We offer a large list of amenities and plenty of quiet time with a fully secure yard, surrounded by a 6 foot tall privacy fence. This Spot contains 3 separate hoses with sprinkler attachments you can use freely for your pup, access to water, a handful of pup toys, a covered patio with seating for you and plenty of space for your fur kiddo to run around and enjoy! This Spot is also listed by yours truly, who is the General Manager of a local doggy daycare who is also Canine CPR Certified and trained in dog behavior and health!

The classic big and fenced yard. No sticker-burrs or other animals to worry about. Access to WiFi, water spigot, pup towel, tennis balls, dog waste basket, and indoor restrooms as needed. Enjoy!

North Shoal Creek Fully Fenced Yard W/ Swimming Pool

Fully-fenced yard with swimming pool! Yard backs up to Shoal Creek (dry except after rains) with iron fence in back for lots of great views and sniffs of nature. We have lots of shade - large trees plus a covered seating area. Grass area is 75% natural grass, 20% artificial turf (keeps muddy paws at bay), and 5% unmowed tall grass for friendly creatures - rabbits, bugs, birds, butterflies, and the occasional grass snake, who all like the creek area. Swimming pool is maintained on a weekly basis. Shallow end is 4ft, deep end is 7ft. Entry steps in shallow end and two underwater seat ledges. Pool rules: NO DIVING (jumping in is fine) and no running around pool edge.

Shady Oaks Retreat 10+ Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park - Leander

A 10+ acre natural wooded area with trails and clearings. We are a NWF Certified Wildlife Habitat and manage for songbirds and pollinators. Great spot for birdwatching and just getting lost in the woods with your pups. Wire fencing has been added to close gaps. Work is being done on expanding trails. Improvements are ongoing with the focus of keeping the area in a natural state for the abundant wildlife that visits during off hours.

No neighboring yards have dogs, and no neighbors spend much time in their yards, so there's lots of privacy. The back yard is fully fenced. Please close the gate when you enter and exit.
