The yard is fully fenced, with a latch on the gate to keep your pups secure. There is a screened in back porch with lights, a fan (just use the pull chain to turn on) and plenty of seating. There's even a hammock on the porch and some lounge chairs in the yard! Feel free to move the chairs around as needed. We will have the wading pools filled up some prior to your visit. There are towels on the back porch if needed. You can take it easy while your pups play, or take a rest after playing together. 🥰 There is also a waste bin, pooper scooper, bags, hand sanitizer & other things for you on the back porch (blankets, yoga mat). You and your pup may encounter a bunny from time to time but they are pretty good and fast at getting out quickly (they're used to running from our cats). Please do not let dogs dig in the beds around the house and at the fence. The area fenced off next to the house is where grow our veggies and native plants are along the fence line to deter mosquitoes. Feel free to try some of what we are growing! Note, at this time the hot tub on the back porch is not available for SniffSpot visitors. Please enjoy our space!

As someone with a reactive, high energy dog, I know how hard it can be to find a place to play with your dog. I bought this house purely because of the yard. It is incredibly private, with no back neighbors and an extremely sturdy 7 foot fence. There is plenty of shade, water access, and seating available. It’s also huge! My dog loves to play fetch and chase the lizards out here. Happy to provide a kiddie pool or firewood for the fire pit with advanced notice.
