This fully fenced backyard offers plenty of space for dogs to run, explore, and enjoy private off-leash time. The yard is well-suited for individual dogs or multi-dog households looking for a quiet, secure environment. Off-street parking is available as well as in the driveway, with a private gated entrance providing easy access to the yard. Outdoor seating and a picnic table are available for guest use during your visit. The yard is enclosed by a combination of fencing: 4-ft chain link fencing with privacy screening and a 6-ft vinyl fence along the rear boundary where neighboring chickens are located. Neighboring properties may have dogs or chickens visible or audible beyond the fence line at times. A dedicated dog waste station with scoops and a disposal bucket is provided for convenience. For safety and security, exterior cameras monitor the yard and entry areas. This spot is best suited for dogs comfortable with typical backyard sights and sounds and a 4-ft fence in some areas of the yard.

If you would like to use one or all, just message me through sniffspot and let me know so I can have it out for you. - For doggie play-dates, one person should book for all attendees. - You can park on the street or in the driveway when available. - The pool is protected by a fence in the winter and open in the summer. Access to the pool is blocked by a gate on the deck stairs. - After a lot of rain we sometimes get muddy puddles. - The yard has grass, flowers, woods, a kiddie pool, access to a hose, water bowl, dog toys, a place for pet parents to sit and relax while the doggos play. - Its probably a bit more than a 1/2 acre fenced with grass and a wooded trail. There will almost always be someone home during any visit as I work from home. We have dogs and I will lock them inside the house while we have visitors. Rules: 1. We would appreciate a 24 hour notice for all reservation changes or cancellations. 2. If you have more than 2 cars attending at the same time, please park at North Broadway Crossing. 3. Only one booking is in the yard at a time. 4. Due to the pool, no person under 18 is allowed on the property without adult supervision. 5. It is crucial that you arrive during and only stay for the time booked because another family may be booked directly after you or I could have my dogs in the yard if you are there outside of your booked time and I wouldn't want an unexpected encounter.

It’s fully secure and suitable for both large and small dogs. Your pup will love exploring the variety of scents left behind by local wildlife—birds, squirrels, chipmunks, and the occasional raccoon or fox make for an exciting visit! We hope your dog enjoys it as much as ours does!

Fully fenced in backyard for your dog(s) to play and run! There is plenty of space for your pup(s) to run around, have fun, and burn off some energy! (Please note, the trampoline seen in the pictures has been removed). There is a water bowl and some poop bags on the cement slab in the backyard (please dispose of the full poop bags in the trash bin at the front of the house), 3 balls also available to play with. There is also a water hose available. If the dog water bowl has no water in it, you are welcome to use the hose to fill it! To get to the backyard, enter through the fence to the right of the garage/house. *Please note: We will remain open during the winter, use at your discretion because there will be snow out there at times.
