Welcome to Flemington! Bring your four legged friends to our quiet street located in a cull-de-sac. The pool is ready for those that love to swim and you can either sit in our outdoor seating area, under an umbrella or out in the rays. There is a good mix of sun and shade in the fenced in area. The dog(s) are welcome to swim in the pool and one adult is allowed to swim too. No children under the age of 18 are allowed in the pool. Any additional adults who wish to swim will be charged an extra fee. The pool is chlorine, and I have a garden hose so you can rinse your dog(s) off before and after swimming. We will give you and your pups privacy and won’t be in the SniffSpot during your time. however, we do live here, so you may hear kids or see a person over the fence. This place is a sanctuary for me, and I hope you and yours enjoy it as well.

Parking available in driveway or on street. Two fenced yards available. One pea-gravel (800 sq feet) and one mostly grass (6000 sq feet). Splash pad, agility equipment, and rental dogs available. Price set as low as it goes. This is not a business this is a community service being run out of a home with a Karen neighbor. Private dog park for your pups! Approx half acre, fully fence 6’ aluminum fencing, with 3.75” between vertical rods. There may be some very small gaps (under 4”) under fencing as it was installed this year. We are facing The Great Swamp wildlife refuge with various animals living behind us, so they may be tempted with scents. 😊 While there is secure fencing under the deck, please also do not allow your dog to dig and create gaps, for safety reasons. This is a private home, the bookings are allowing me to recover from this new fence for my greyhound mix. Please be respectful and do not let your dog urinate on the house, deck, deck stairs, etc. This is a beautiful location against the Great Swamp, and I’d like to share it with other four-legged friends. We just moved from nyc to have a yard, so I understand the importance of off-leash freedom! There is a small trash can at end of the carport (near back steps) for potty bags. Please pick up after your dog. We may be home, but we will not bother you. We are located on a dead end, and it is typically very quiet and peaceful here. You are welcome to park in our driveway. Beautiful, scenic, secluded 3.62 acres for your pups to revel in. There is a patio with table and chairs for humans to relax. front yard has a hill with a long driveway for some great exercise and backyard is fully fenced. Playground set for small children to use while the doggies run free without disturbance. The trampoline is off limits; please do not use it. Feel free to use the hose to fill your dog’s water bowl. In winter, the water is turned off. If you want to enjoy the lush (not fenced) front yard, relax in the Adirondack chairs and watch the sunset or sunrise. The view is stunning. This setting is named after our beautiful late German Shepherd, Cheyenne, who lives on in our hearts forever.

Please message for more up to date details. We are a newer spot & have been happy to offer our property for dogs & owners to enjoy and explore. We have plans to continue improving our property to make it even more enjoyable and appealing. This includes treatment and management of our pond (this will help with any overgrown of invasive species such as so many cattails and keep any algae and weeds at bay during the summer months to insure a clear swimming, boating & fishing environment), we will be clearing out more overgrown foliage near the front dam & adding a bridge to create an additional access point to field#2 on the opposite side of the pond (currently the main way to access this field is by walking around the back side of the pond), we will also be adding a small cabin (we will offer this to be rented out in the future and will not have Sniffspot on those days) & we will add benches to the opposite side of the pond for all to enjoy.
