Enjoy the unobstructed views of Longs and Meeker Peaks while your dog runs like it was meant to do. Also have small enclosures that can be used for training. There had been a few horses and cows in the pasture but they are gone now and the grass has been mowed short. Feel free to bring a beverage and watch the sunset behind the mountains (book the slot that ends at 8 to watch the sunset).

When you drive into the driveway, you will enter through the wooden fence on the right. The yard spans all the way around the garage into a large open area for playing fetch. There is a water hose immediately to your right as you enter next to the back door to fill bowls. There are several toys in the yard one dog bed that can be thrown around as well. Our yellow labs truly enjoy the large open space. Safe and fully fenced!

First 3 dogs are eligible for Sniffspot discounted rate. For dog parities of 4 or more each additional dog must be booked as an “extra”.

Welcome to our farmhouse Sniffspot! Your dog is sure to enjoy our shady, fully fenced, private yard. We also offer dog parties, with access to the picnic table and BBQ grill for the humans.

45 beautiful acres to roam! Easy access less than a mile off I-25 in south Loveland. This property is not fenced in, so your pup must be obedient for safety reasons :) Feel free to park anywhere in the driveway (just please don’t block the garage). My land boundary includes up to the white fence to the North, to route 402 on the South, and up to the private road on the West side of the property. I particularly love the evening hours here; sunsets can be stunning! Depending where you are on the property, you will be treated with views of the foothills and Long’s peak! Convenient location on the frontage road of E Mulberry St near I-25. Let your pups stretch their legs with the large fenced yard. Relax on the chairs provided. Waste bags are provided. Bring your own water bowl and water, toys, and anything else your dog or dogs might enjoy! A few notes. If your dog or dogs are super reactive to loud noise, other people, or other animals, this may not be the best location for them, area is business/industrial and near a major road. It is possible that the smallest of dogs, diggers, and jumpers may find ways through the fence, please inspect the fence before letting your pups loose. During the summer months you may want to consider bringing sun screen and bug spray for mosquitos.
