This yard has always been a special place for our family. Our dog loved racing through the grass here, full of energy and joy. After saying goodbye, my wife and I wanted to open the space to other dogs so they could enjoy it just as much as he did. Our large, fully fenced yard offers plenty of room to run, sniff, and explore safely. The 7-foot wooden fence keeps everything secure, perfect for off-leash play or reactive pups who need a little extra space. The yard features lush grass with mulch beds beneath mature trees, giving your dog both open sunshine and cool shade to enjoy. There’s a seating area with table and chairs, balls for playtime, and access to a hose and electrical outlet for your convenience. Off-street parking makes arrival easy and stress-free. Set in a quiet suburban neighborhood, just a short drive from Alexandria, Arlington and Washington DC. This is a peaceful spot to unwind, train, be off-leash and let your dog be a dog. We hope your pup feels right at home here. In the fall the yard gets covered in leaves. I do my best to keep them tidy, but they seem to have their own plans. Our dog used to love racing through the piles, and most pups enjoy the extra smells and crunch — hopefully yours does too.

There should be no gaps! Enjoy the toy rope hanging from the maple tree. Feel free to adjust height using the chain above the toy. There are also toys and treats in the bin on the back deck. A great backyard will a little over .25 acres. Dogs love that there is enough room for fetch, zoomies, and sniffing all the different spots throughout. It is completely fenced in and has a patio for you to sit on while your doggo explores. Please bring your own water and water bowl for your pups as we do not provide water. There is a hose you may use. The spigot is in the back left corner of the patio (if you're looking at the house). Be sure to tag us in your posts on Instagram @zarassniffspot You are welcome to move around chairs to sit or block the stairs, but please be sure to put things back as they were. Summer note: Please bring bug spray and feel free to use the fan on the patio to help with the bugs and heat. Be sure to turn it off when finished.
