The Hive Private Dog Park In Manassas

Come relax with your pup on our 3 acres of lawn in Manassas. Wifi, Gazebo Deck seating, firepit offered, as well as snacks & water. Fenced area for small dogs. The larger portion of the yard is not fenced, but buffered from the street by long driveway, small creek in back, and woods to either side. Poop bags, treats, and towels provided for pups. We have 3 small dogs that will be kept inside while your pup has fun!

Convenient location thats fully fenced in with street parking(see pictures) Dog waste station in the back yard with bags. All gates are spring latched and stay shut. Plenty of toys/Tennis balls to play with but please put everything back in the bin. Large covered patio with multiple seating options and snacks/bottled water/treats and all amenities listed. Water,toys,treats,wipes will on the table on the patio. The first aid kit will be by the window as we don’t won’t it to bake. Keep in mind that there is a sidewalk that people occasionally walk on that’s visible from the yard. Trampoline is off limits

Cozy, hidden neighborhood gem—large with peaceful fountain (in summer/spring), lots of space and variety of areas for pup(s) to enjoy, from a wide open (mostly) grass field, to a hilly area with trees that provide an abundance of shade. We have over a half an acre, entirely fenced in with a 6 foot wooden privacy fence. Conveniently located in the City of Manassas, right near 28, but it feels like you are in a wide open country space. Very few trees, plenty of room to run. Access to water and baby pool, toys and chairs for owners to use.

Our yard, though not enormous, is the perfect spot for your pup to run and get some energy out! It’s lengthy so there’s plenty of room to throw a ball, frisbee or other toys. Our dogs enjoy running in circles and around the trampoline. We have one of the largest lots on the street and the pups love playing back there. It’s fully fenced but please make sure the gate is latched upon entering / exiting. We find out dogs rest under the trampoline for shade when needed. There is a trashcan on the deck should you need to deposit waste or you can use the rake/ bucket system we have and we will deposit it later. There is a water bowl on the deck. During warmer seasons, the hose will be turned on and there will be an auto dog spigot attached. Once your pup learns to drink from this - they won’t stop! There are various toys spread throughout the yard. There are 2 chairs and a table on the back deck available for you to use to sit and watch your pups play. We are backed against a black trail so you’ll sometimes see walkers walking. There’s a pond across the street which is fun to walk with your pups along with a waste station should you choose to use that. One neighbor has a dog and one doesn’t so you will occasionally see a dog outside. Parking - we suggest you park on Destiny and walk down the path to our house. You may enter through the gate which will be easier than coming in through the front.

𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 - we will be closed Saturday 3/25/23 to Wednesday, 3/29/23. These dates are tentative and subject to change or be extended. 𝗗𝗘𝗦𝗖𝗥𝗜𝗣𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 - The property is just over an 𝙖𝙘𝙧𝙚 and a mix of lawn, flower beds, paths, and work/storage areas. Overall, it is fairly flat and dogs love to 𝙧𝙪𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙮 for hours at a time not to mention all the great sniffing spots. There are open areas for dogs to stretch their legs and chase each other and flowers, shade and seating for their human companion(s). There is a 𝙢𝙖𝙣-𝙢𝙖𝙙𝙚 𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙢 in the back that depending on rainfall, may be running full or just at a trickle. It is ideal for your pup to explore and cool off in. The yard offers plenty of great 𝙥𝙝𝙤𝙩𝙤 𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙩 opportunities to take tons of pictures throughout the various seasons. The yard is a 𝘾𝙚𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙛𝙞𝙚𝙙 𝙒𝙞𝙡𝙙𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙚 𝙃𝙖𝙗𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙩®, we are trying to help nature where and when we can. The flower beds have been designed for local critters - birds, turtles, pollinators, etc so absolutely no killing of any bees, butterflies, spiders, turtles, snakes, birds or other wildlife you may find. If you can, take a cool pic to share - we'd love to see it. Do a photo safari. 𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗠 - This is a man-made stream that that typically runs in the warmer months and is initially filled with either city water or rainfall. That said, Mother Nature adds to it so we do recommend your pup have his/her 𝙇𝙚𝙥𝙩𝙤 vaccine. The stream is usually shutdown in the winter months and some water remains at the end to help support the frogs overwinter. Please do not allow digging or rough play in the stream - we want to keep it in good shape for all our guests to enjoy and avoid costly repairs. If it is important to your visit that the stream is running and at what level (full/trickle) please reach out to the Host to check its status. 𝗪𝗘𝗘𝗞𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗦 & 𝗛𝗢𝗟𝗜𝗗𝗔𝗬𝗦 - typically set for 1 hour appointments. If you are interested in a longer appointment, please reach out and we'll see if we can accommodate. 𝗗𝗢𝗚 𝗟𝗜𝗠𝗜𝗧 - Our site is set for a 3 dog limit. If you would like to bring additional dogs, please email me. The request will be considered on a case by case basis. Note, there are some spots at the bottom of the fence a small dog (cat size) might be able to get under - they are meant for our cats. If you are bringing a small dog, let me know and we can block the openings ahead of time. 𝗘𝗫𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗦 - Extras will change depending on the season and if you don't see something you might like added, let us know. 𝗠𝗘𝗠𝗕𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗣 is currently full. A membership could save you $6, $24, or more per month depending on the Membership package created. Memberships can be a bit confusing so please reach out if you have any questions - we'll do our best to answer them and help find the right package for you. *DISCLAIMER* during the winter months, when the ground thaws and re-freezes, it is soggy and muddy in our yard. If you choose to visit during this time of the year, I recommend bringing an old towel to wipe off dirty paws before getting back into your vehicle. We have space to romp around. We have a 6-ft fence for safety and privacy. We have an obstacle course and agility equipment for structured play and socialization. We have all the best toys for loads of fun. All of this inside the Beltway on a quiet street with plenty of unrestricted street parking. The yard itself is maintained and manicured all-year around.
