Free grapefruit picking when ripe. Water hose available for use if needed. Enter through the west metal gate. Drive in and close the gate behind you, then feel free to park near the ramada. Sollie's Place: Private Parking! Pool, Agility, & Digging!

We bought this yard specifically for our reactive dog (Sollie). He absolutely loved it and really flourished here. He’s passed away now, so we want to share our yard with more doggies! Do agility, jump in the pool, dig some holes! If you know for sure that you won't use the pool, send me a message. I might be open-minded to a discount. 😊 Agility equipment is the portable type, so it’s just 2 jumps and weave poles. Feel free to move it around. We don’t have seesaw or table obstacles. The tunnel finally gave up in 2025. It tried so hard, but the sun ☀️ was too much. RIP blue tunnel. There are 3 main sections to the yard, plus patio. A couple photos include Sollie, who was about 90 pounds, so you can see the scale of the yard. We have lots of amenities included to make your visit stress-free, plus a few items for purchase as Extras. Hope to "see" you soon! (You won't see us at all. :) ) FENCING: The interior divider fence was destroyed when a tree fell in a storm. We're still dealing with insurance. Those old fence panels are now being used to block off an Oleander bush while we remove it. Oleander is very common in Arizona, but it's toxic so we've chosen to remove it. Very small dogs may be able to fit through this interior fence. The main fence is still secure, and small dog approved! VACCINATIONS: Please double check that your doggie is up to date! 🐶💕 The parvovirus vaccine in particular is super important. The virus can survive in the soil for a year, which would not be fun!

My yard is free of any toxins; I use Epsom salt to keep the grass fresh. The grass is mowed and kept short, in fact, started to plant clover which is a natural nitrogen replenisher for the ground. At some point, there may be more clover than grass. :)

Large turf grass area with shade tree near pool area. Pool with large Baja shelf and umbrellas. 2 humans allowed to swim with their dogs each additional is $5/hr with a max of 5 swimmers please. Please be careful with kids. Travertine tile can be slippery if wet. 😇 Also there’s a cooler with cold water, ice pack and RO ice for humans or dogs. It says open me on lid.

14 Acres at Gambel Field

14 gorgeous grass acres with beautiful trees. Plenty of room to run or to work on dog obedience and skill training. Fully fenced separate from our smaller 1 acre field. Perfect for play dates with dog friends or just as a respite from the day to day stress and noise. Porta Potty, trash buckets, picnic tables and fresh water available. There will be irrigation lines in the field but we will try to keep them out of your way. During the summer the dogs can enjoy playing in the water sprays. **If you wish to book an event or large group gathering please message me for pricing. Sunny Day Lawn

Our backyard is a wide open space with lots of fruit trees and plants for the sniffing! We have a large patio couch and umbrella to protect you from the sun. There is a basket of tennis balls for the pups enjoyment. We also include poop bags to clean up after your pup. On the back porch we have a utility sick and soap in case you need to wash your hands. The garden hose is also available for dogs that enjoy some water, we just ask you don’t let it run for your entire visit. You enter the yard through the gate in our carport.

Gambel Field

Fully fenced and off the beaten path. With right at 1 full acre, there is plenty of room for your dog(s) to run. A perfect place to work on off leash commands/training or just to let off steam. This private fenced field looks out over a larger 14 acre grassy field. Gambel Field has some new features! We recently completed a new retaining wall. This change makes the spot a little bit bigger and makes the water hose easier to access. We have also installed a new 12' x 20' shade structure over the picnic table and park bench. The larger field is also available for animal events and training areas. Inquire for more information on the large field.
