Our Fully Fenced Yard is a private, secure space where dogs of all sizes—big or small—can run, play, and relax off-leash. The fully fenced yard offers a safe environment for exercise, training, or just some outdoor fun. Fresh water bowls are provided for pups, along with water and a comfortable relaxation station for pet parents. Poopy bags are available for easy cleanup, and sunscreen is recommended on sunny days.

Fully fenced and off the beaten path. With right at 1 full acre, there is plenty of room for your dog(s) to run. A perfect place to work on off leash commands/training or just to let off steam. This private fenced field looks out over a larger 14 acre grassy field. Gambel Field has some new features! We recently completed a new retaining wall. This change makes the spot a little bit bigger and makes the water hose easier to access. We have also installed a new 12' x 20' shade structure over the picnic table and park bench. Sollie's Place: Private Parking! Pool, Agility, & Digging!

We bought this yard specifically for our reactive dog (Sollie). He absolutely loved it and really flourished here. He’s passed away now, so we want to share our yard with more doggies! Do agility, jump in the pool, dig some holes, and just generally create chaos. If you know for sure that you won't use the pool, send me a message. I might be open-minded to a discount. 😊 For brand new Sniffspot users only, enter code SOLLIENEW for $5 off your first visit! Good thru April 30, 2026. Agility equipment is the portable type, so it’s just 2 jumps and weave poles. Feel free to move it around. We don’t have seesaw or table obstacles. The tunnel finally gave up in 2025. It tried so hard, but the sun ☀️ was too much. RIP blue tunnel. There are 3 main sections to the yard, plus patio. A couple photos include Sollie, who was about 90 pounds, so you can see the scale of the yard. We have lots of amenities included to make your visit stress-free, plus a few items for purchase as Extras. Hope to "see" you soon! (You won't see us at all. :) ) FENCING: The interior divider fence was destroyed when a tree fell in a storm. We're still dealing with insurance. Those old fence panels are now being used to block off an Oleander bush while we remove it. Oleander is very common in Arizona, but it's toxic so we've chosen to remove it. Very small dogs may be able to fit through this interior fence. The main fence is still secure, and small dog approved! VACCINATIONS: Please double check that your doggie is up to date! 🐶💕 The parvovirus vaccine in particular is super important. The virus can survive in the soil for a year, which would not be fun!

I invite you and your furry family members to come on over for a good roll in the grass (that means humans too...go ahead, roll in it - it feels good)! Happy to fire up the sprinklers if it will make your dog happy! In the summer months, my fruit trees are off the hook and you will find fruit everywhere...both on the trees, and on the ground. Please pick to your hearts desire! My dogs spend their days getting their daily dose of fiber. Our goal is to tired-out our furry friends so they are happy doggies.😊 Your doggie will enjoy treats and toys. Toys get worn out very quickly so we try to add more when we can. New comfy glider chairs were added for visitor comfort as well as ceiling fans and a mister in summer. Half Acre Property with a huge fenced yard! I've rented the yard on a different site for 2 years. Pool is included in price if you’d like to use it with your pup. Pool bathroom is on the west side of the house and is marked. I'd say half of the bookings are people wanting to use the yard for large dog social gatherings. There is a sitting area under an oak tree and plenty of room for running around and playing with your dog or multiple dogs. We've had "Corgi" parties with 20 small dogs running around having fun. We absolutely adore our dogs, (Kian + Bruna = Kuna 😉), so we decided to build them their dream yard, and now we’re excited to share it with you! Kuna’s Corner offers a variety of activities designed to keep pups engaged and excited. Dogs have plenty of room to zoom, climb and balance on the custom playset and tire pyramid, zig-zag along logs, dig in the designated digging area, or chase tennis balls and other toys. The playset also serves as an observation deck for dogs to climb and survey the yard, and the bungee tether tug lets them pull and play on their own. A sensory garden and a variety of tactile surfaces including grass, dirt, wood chips, turf, and pavers add new experiences to every corner. Wooden wind chimes provide gentle, calming sounds throughout the yard, and shaded areas and a pesticide-free environment make it a safe and comfortable space. Humans can relax in seating areas or a hammock chair and enjoy off-street parking for a stress-free visit. Kuna’s Corner is playful, enriching, and welcoming for every pup and their person. *We have a security camera in the backyard for home safety. During all Sniffspot visits, the camera is always set to privacy mode and does not record.
