Additional rules

Pool will be open til mid October. It is not heated but usually stays warm. This spot is for dogs. Guests should not be having pool parties in our yard and using the dogs as leverage to do so (there is an app to rent out pools for humans for the day at a higher cost). That being said, it is preferable the amount of humans does not exceed the amount of dogs. Certain exceptions will be made, please reach out. This spot has a water feature, make sure to review these guidelines for visiting spots with water before visiting: https://help.sniffspot.com/article/167-how-to-keep-your-dog-safe-around-pools-and-water" There is no lifeguard. Please do not use diving board. Also - please ensure dog knows where stairs are so the liner does not tear. To anyone using pool...the dogs are all welcome, their humans (1 adult only per dog) are also allowed to enter with the dog as long as the human is interacting/playing with the dog (if no dog in the pool, then no people in the pool). If your dog has never been in a pool, please do not just throw them in. No children please. Please make sure to pick up after your dog. Hot tub is not available for guest use. Shed is not to be accessed.

TEMPORARY SPORADIC CLOSURE NOTICE: Due to renovations impacting the yard, we will be closed sporadically. During this time the side entrance and driveway will be unavailable. Please plan to park "up top" and take the stairs down to the yard. I'm sorry for the inconvenience! See you soon. Summer is almost here! Can't wait to see your pups enjoying the pool and/or splashpad! In the meantime, enjoy Spring and the sun without the humidity! Let your pups explore off-leash in Northwest Yonkers, just up the road from NYC. Plenty of space to sniff, play fetch, run, and maybe even chase some squirrels! Patio furniture, hammock (during warm months) & wi-fi for pet parents to lounge while your dog(s) roam. The hammock is rated for over 300 lbs - move to your desired spot, and enjoy but please move it back so the "runway" is clear for the next pups. Playdates and parties welcome! Check the Extras to rent folding tables and chairs so you have less to worry about.
