Please follow the Sniffspot flags to enter our yard **Please keep in mind for everyone’s safety, we share two fence lines with neighboring dogs. There is no way they can physically interact with your dog through the fence, but control of your dog must be your priority while walking to and from our secured yard Penny’s Place is exactly what you want to make of it! Nearly one acre of fully fenced, relatively flat, grass. You can run, sunbathe, sniff the few trees, play with the hose and kiddie pool, whatever your pup’s heart desires! Check out our discounted membership options for extra savings Rain policy update: please anticipate our spot to be closed after rain to allow it to mostly dry in order to avoid damage to grass. This could likely be anywhere from 1-3 days post rainy days

Owners dogs will be inside during your reserved times. Occasionally the train goes by. Backyard has two sections that are gated off but you can open gate. Please close this gate and main entrance gate prior to leaving the property.

Fully fenced backyard on the Little Creek Reservoir in Virginia Beach. Total fenced area is 0.25 acres, with fence standing 3.5 feet tall. There is also a walking path that goes down to the lake behind my property. Looking forward to hosting you and your puppy! Please clean up after your pet and stay out of the sheds. Feel free to use the chairs on the deck or the water bowl for your dog.

Bring your furry friends for a little outside time. We have a decent sized fenced in back yard. There is a chair and umbrella for your comfort. The teal bowl will be filled with fresh drinking water for the dogs. I do have a small raised garden, as of now nothing is planted so don’t stress if your furry friends get curious. When I do plant stuff I plan to have a cover but accidents do happen, all I ask is that you try to avoid the garden. Welcome to Ghent on the Corner! Enjoy our 2,500 sq ft corner lot with a 4 ft white vinyl picket fence. Driveway parking for 2 cars. Enjoy shaded seating underneath our gazebo. Spray your dog with our hose or throw a ball around with your pup. My partner Abel Cortez and I host this spot, but you will not interact with us or our dogs when visiting. I have a 2 acre back yard fenced in all the way around and always I’m close to the beach for those water loving dogs as well.
