They can do zoomies around the big yard, swim in the large in ground pool, cool off in the large amounts of shaded areas, even go down a slide on the playground. The pups: Included:Toys, water, treats, yard, playground access,scooper with bags. *You are responsible for picking up after your dog*-the yard is checked before and after each visit. 🚨pool access is an additional charge. It a costly upkeep for daily maintenance. Please see extras.🚨 The humans: Included-Water, snacks, games, basketball court, playground, lounge chairs to take the sun included. Welcome to Flemington! Bring your four legged friends to our quiet street located in a cull-de-sac. The pool is ready for those that love to swim and you can either sit in our outdoor seating area, under an umbrella or out in the rays. There is a good mix of sun and shade in the fenced in area. The dog(s) are welcome to swim in the pool and one adult is allowed to swim too. No children under the age of 18 are allowed in the pool. Any additional adults who wish to swim will be charged an extra fee. The pool is chlorine, and I have a garden hose so you can rinse your dog(s) off before and after swimming. We will give you and your pups privacy and won’t be in the SniffSpot during your time. however, we do live here, so you may hear kids or see a person over the fence. This place is a sanctuary for me, and I hope you and yours enjoy it as well.

Private dog park for your pups! Approx half acre, fully fence 6’ aluminum fencing, with 3.75” between vertical rods. There may be some very small gaps (under 4”) under fencing as it was installed this year. We are facing The Great Swamp wildlife refuge with various animals living behind us, so they may be tempted with scents. 😊 While there is secure fencing under the deck, please also do not allow your dog to dig and create gaps, for safety reasons. This is a private home, the bookings are allowing me to recover from this new fence for my greyhound mix. Please be respectful and do not let your dog urinate on the house, deck, deck stairs, etc. This is a beautiful location against the Great Swamp, and I’d like to share it with other four-legged friends. We just moved from nyc to have a yard, so I understand the importance of off-leash freedom! There is a small trash can at end of the carport (near back steps) for potty bags. Please pick up after your dog. We may be home, but we will not bother you. We are located on a dead end, and it is typically very quiet and peaceful here. You are welcome to park in our driveway. Please bring your dog(s) to our opening week of 2026 & help scare off the chipmunks destroying my berries 😂🐾 You and your pup(s) will love this park-like oasis! The half acre fenced area consists of ample grass to run on, a concrete sidewalk / patio (handicapped accessible), mulchbeds of flowers & berries (feel free to grab a handful of berries if they’re in season!) and a giant sandbox / playground area. Tree cover throughout the yard provides shade, even in the hottest summer months. All around you is privacy—to one side, a half acre unfenced stretch of our property, and all around the property is 3.5 acres of private woods and wetlands. Deer, wild turkey, turtles, frogs, & birds of all kinds are just some of the animals you may spot! We provide tables and chairs, water, poop bags & scooper, and several toys. Kids (or kids at heart) will have a blast using the ride-on sand diggers, slides, and swings & coloring with sidewalk chalk. Fertilizer and pesticide: The grass is treated with fertilizer a couple times a year and the bushes are sprayed for ticks/mosquitos and weeds approximately monthly. As we have young kids a dog, all products used are animal & child safe when dry (within 2 hours). Out of an abundance of caution, we will ensure reservations are blocked off for the entirety of the day following any fertilizer, herbicide, or pesticide treatment.
