Enjoy! Fully fenced, secure and private acre of doggy heaven located on a cul de sac. Large grass yard, mulch, and wooded area on each side of the yard will keep your dog busy sniffing and exploring. The ground is cleared in the wooded areas for fun running and walks. Large blue stone shaded patio that backs up to woods. The large in ground pool is uncovered and ready to swim for an additional charge (see below”Extras”). The fencing between the yard and pool is not 100% secure, just keep an eye on your pups. All people and pets will be inside during your visit for privacy. There are poop bags, a bowl of water and a basket of toys for you and your pup if you wish. Whether you want to sit in the shade or play in the sun, there are multiple seating areas. Driveway and Street parking with easy access to the spot.

This spot is an unfenced .65 acre yard located next to water views located on Tuttles Point in Guilford, Connecticut. Dogs can play,relax, drink water, use the hose. People can sit in the shade of the tree in the turquoise lawn chairs. Parking is located to the right of the house in the allocated spots. If you choose to take a scenic walk down the road you will see beautiful ocean water views. Before exploring please park in the allocated spots next to the mailbox, as this is a private neighborhood and people take notice.

There is also a large open area of just grass that give several stream access points. There are several picnic tables and large roofed area with seating and power. There are also several spigots to fill up water bottles and water bowls. Some bowls are provided and cleaned after each use if you would like to use.
