Trail & Tail "The Overlook" — Easy I-5 Access, Fenced in Ridgefield

Welcome to The Overlook — a fully fenced dog space with natural terrain, and plenty to keep curious noses busy. Enclosed by 6-foot fencing, The Overlook is a secure spot where your dog can roam, sniff, and play freely. The gently sloping hillside leads down toward Gee Creek, a small creek tucked along the property edge, creating the kind of rich, layered scent environment that dogs find endlessly fascinating. Mulch and bark pathways keep paws comfortable and the ground manageable even in wetter months. It's a great space for a game of fetch, a casual sniff session, or just letting your dog decompress off-leash in a contained setting. The varied terrain adds a little natural adventure to every visit. We also offer an on leash trail to use while on the property. A heads up: The Overlook sits adjacent to a busy road, so there is noticeable traffic noise. The 6-foot fencing keeps your dog completely safe and secure, but if your pup is sensitive to road sounds, our other space — The Meadow — may be a better fit. Accessed by a peaceful trail from the parking area, the walk to The Meadow sets a calm tone before your dog even sets a paw inside. A bench inside the space means you can sit back, relax, and let your pup do their thing — no hovering required. Parking is at the top of the trail. There is roughly 150 FEET elevation change from the top of the trail to the bottom of the trail. It is a hike. Seating, trash cans, and watering bowls are available along the trail. Grass field area for playing fetch and areas to dig come first along the trail. Then the trail goes into the forest. Seating and dog water available on the trail. Wildlife walk the trails too. Use caution We have sheep, turkeys and chickens on the farm. Stay clear of pasture fencing. Hot wire used inside of the pasture, don’t touch. Water stations may change due to weather conditions. We offer fresh $5 egg and $10 firewood bundles that you can pay cash, Venmo here or on this app.

Its sniffspot Sauvie Island Spot 2 and it open 5am to 10pm We also rent Sauvie Island fully fenced, spot 3.

Tree Haven In Highland Hills-OPEN AGAIN!

Water available. Please bring your own dog bowl, poop bags, and toys. The ones I have provided have gone missing. Over 20 fir trees + other trees on this expansive lot in Beaverton. Organic - no pesticides, fertilizers, or chemicals used. Grass, vinca minor, under a canopy of large trees. Shaded and open areas. House located on a cul-de-sac. Native plants & trees encourage native species (butterflies, hummingbirds, etc). Grass is green in the spring and fall, can be yellow/green in the summer (water preservation.) Picnic table shaded by trees. Lights on 2 story deck, lights that surround the deck, and lights above the cement patio available upon request. You can place poop bags in trash (yellow bucket.) Deck/stairs, trampoline, hot tub & fire pit off limits. Enjoy!j
