Hazards

You will encounter mole hills, holes, mud, and uneven terrain. The pond changes with the season. In the winter it spans several acres and is deep. In summer and fall, it is primarily a wetland with a smaller section of muddy water. Asphalt driveway can be slippery when wet. This is a natural, wooded property - you may encounter natural hazards including but not limited to leeches, ants, stinging insects, ticks, spiders, blackberry vines, wildlife, and wild plants that could be toxic if ingested. Visit responsibly and at your own risk. There is compost containing chicken manure and kitchen scraps behind the vegetable garden. It is contained on four sides with an open top - a very tall or very motivated dog could access it. This spot has a water feature, make sure to review these guidelines for visiting spots with water before visiting: https://help.sniffspot.com/article/167-how-to-keep-your-dog-safe-around-pools-and-water.

Chickens are located on the property in a fully fenced enclosure. They will be secured in a hardware cloth run upon your visit, but are still visible through their run. They are used to seeing dogs but please donโ€™t allow dogs to harass them. There are three fenced (low fence) gardens clearly marked on property as well as well as landscaping against the house; please keep out of these areas. Digging area is located on the NE corner underneath the extremely large cedar tree! Please pick up and dispose of all dog poop.

Absolutely amazing property! Would love to book again. The dogs loved exploring the different areas โ€” grass, woods, tall reeds, pond. So much fun!

    Awesome as usual

The property was beautiful! Lots of open areas for the dogs to run around and we were able to meander around and the dogs had plenty to do and plenty to sniff. Will definitely be returning!

Even better on a beautiful sunny day. Our dog loves it here!

This was a great spot. The fence was super secure looking. I was able to get to most of the areas my dogs wanted to go to in my power wheelchair since the ground was dry. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful large, fenced space with lots for dogs to explore safely. My dog was thoroughly exhausted from running, sniffing and training in this spot! A tip - bring a towel for drying off if your dog goes in the pond!

Shhhh. This place is awesome, flat, manicured, and simple. Wish it wasnโ€™t so $$

This place was worth the hour drive. Our dogs had so much fun. One, of course, jumped in the mud, but there was a hose there to clean him off. There is also a can to put your poop bags in and a water bowl. I was concerned about the chickens, but they were secured very well and my dogs did great with them. Curious, but they listened to me when I called them. I didn't take any pictures, but the property is beautiful. Easy place to get to as well.

Great spot to throw a frisbee. There were a handful of clearings to give you spots along the way to stop and throw. Definitely got dirty in the mud ๐Ÿ˜†

Stunning property ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ itโ€™s also fairly easy to bypass the chickens/scarecrows & gardens but they had flower bouquets and sometimes eggs for sale - Iโ€™ll definitely be coming back

Large 1/3 acre lot, perfect to chuck it far and tire out your canine.

Added an outhouse with hand sanitizer, covered seating area, privacy screen along fence to help with anyone walking dogs down the street or the neighbors concrete business. Mostly quiet neighborhood where you can feel safe to let your dog run and dig. Large playground tunnel equipment for your doggy to play in! Don't let the darkness defeat you taking your canine out to play! Installed 3 street lights to keep the early darkness at bay. Light timer switch is on the left inside the dog two way gate. Lights take a couple minutes to get fully bright. Now you can play with your dog from 6am to 9pm. Enjoy this private area that you can let your dog off leash without having to worry about anyone interrupting your time with your dog. Picnic table with cover. Water dish, poop bags, waste bin, sticks and balls with a chuck it at entrance. Coordinate with a friend and meet here to let your dogs play together while you catch up. We charge $13 for the hour space rental so, *please mark only one dog even if you are bringing more* The space has a long grassy open [360 feet] area to use a chuck it for dogs that love to fetch. A large cedar provides shade on half of the property while the other half is in the sunshine. This is a fun spot for dogs to exercise their legs and noses. Please check back for future upgrades. Any suggestions on obstacles or improvements please message me. Thanks for considering enjoying canine time here!
