I recently bought a 52 acres property and am willing to share my slice of heaven with other dog owners. I have a husky mix who is very friendly with other dogs who would love to wear your pup out- or not! You’re welcome to come enjoy the space on your own- I will keep my dog inside. The property has a pine forest, many pine stands in fields, a marsh, a pond and a few small streams. About 20 acres is mostly cleared fields. The snowmobile trails go through the property so there are actually many trails to access as well. It is extremely secluded in the back field, I’m considering making some camp sites back there in the future. For now- I invite you to explore and enjoy the property with your doggo/s! Welcome to Wilde Kind Farm! Summer is in full swing at the farm. From new fencing, upgraded gates, and other projects. Watch our social media and signage board for current conditions, upcoming events and expansion news! Bring your doggos to run and play off-leash in our newly expanded 6 acres of fenced play yard! The dog yard is split into 3 main zones with gates so you can explore while keeping your dog in sight. We have lots of space to explore, toys, and lots of other amenities! Our farm is set on 75 acres here in historic Litchfield with the original 1830 farmhouse and a big red barn. We have multiple areas for your to explore: 1. Our Play Yard welcome area that has a 3 sided shelter with seating. This is where you can grab some poop bags, toys, or request extras like agility equipment, kiddie pools, corn hole, BBQ grill etc. This area also lights up at night. 2. The Wilde Side with lots of paths to explore, a secret garden, native plants, hedges, multiple spots to sit, and a big open meadow. We are working making this area a monarch way station as well! 3. Our new area, Wolf Tree Meadow! Walk behind past the barn towards the hayfield and explore the stone compass circle. Rent the fire ring or use the table and chairs to relax while your dog sniffs to their heart’s content. Please note the entire SS accessible property is fenced. There is a driveway gate, and a second gate to enter our SniffSpot.

Hummingbird Hill Farm is a goat sanctuary with 50 acres. Our property has several walking trails with varied terrain, a small stream, small pond and wetland, and a wild area(no trail). Deer are present on the property on occasion. Always a chance to encounter (rarely) other smaller wildlife.

Welcome to Our woods 🙌we have a nice open yard thst leads to a trail in the woods. One loop is about 2/3 a mile. Slightly downhill for the way down and just enough uphill on the way back to raise your heart rate. We have the trail marked as it’s easy to get turned around. We ask that you let us know when you are done with trail so we can let our dog bacj outside. This is the perfect place for dogs to be off leash. Sometimes we run into our neighbors with their dogs but hardly ever. Every now and then our neighbors with their comes through on 4 wheel.

You are also welcome to use this spot in the day-time! Just book the ZuZu’s Zoomie Acres location! This way we never double book in the day-time.
