Excellent spot for medium to small dogs for training or general off leash fun. Full access to the porch with umbrella, electricity, water, and wifi - we also have a collapsible dog pool that would be available as well. We have chairs and a table to relax at. We have a friendly 3 month old doberman but we would make sure she is upstairs with us during any visits. Neighbors on either side but typically not around. We are located right in Polish Hill . Ideally no more than 2 dogs and 3 guests for a visit. My partner works from home so we really would only need a few hours notice to get the yard ready and unlock the gate. Totally up to you if we interact or just prefer to have the gate unlocked.

This is a yard full of great sniffs - squirrels, chipmunks, voles, birds, bunnies and ground hogs all trek through regularly. Many dogs love to climb up on the stone walls and sniff everything. Running around on the huge deck is also popular! Note: The large deck has bird feeders containing safflower and sunflower seed. They are mostly out of reach, but safe for dogs just in case. DO NOT ENTER OTHER PEOPLE'S YARDS IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD. **Please use caution in winter as everything will be snowy and slippery. The backyard and deck are not cleared in winter.
