Fully fenced back yard with entry gate and easy street parking. Currently have a few balls (soccer ball size), dog bowl, hose, doggie bags, and a trash bin for your dog(s) and covered seating for you. Please park on 140th Ave (always open). I have a spacious back yard that is fully fenced and secure for peace of mind! There is furniture for humans to sit and rest on as well. The yard slopes upward and is tiered, as you can see in the picture. Your dog will have multiple levels and terrains to explore- grass, gravel, wood, deck, pavers, and many levels to sniff and check out!

Head to lake: Follow that trail straight down to the water. Avoid main house: Please do not approach the main house or deck. Respect privacy: Keeping to the lower yard ensures a private space. Waste & Trash Policy: Clean up poop: Pick up all dog waste immediately. Bring your bags: Please bring your own waste bags to the spot. Pack it out: Take all trash and waste home with you.
