45This spot is great for dogs who want to romp through the woods. The yard is a little steep, but well fenced. Very pretty view over the greenway. Had fresh water ready, which was appreciated. There were dogs on either side of the yard, which distracted mine for a bit, but no issues.
45Pros- easy to find, lots of room, hammocks for humans, some toys/water bowl available. Depends on you whether pro or con- yard is on a hill/incline, mostly mulch and lots of leaves not grass (which my pup loved getting into and I didn’t mind). Cons- gate did not seem like it would stand up to a dog testing it, there are some personal items around I had to police my puppy to stay out of.
55This spot is clean, easy to find, and fully fenced in. We felt like our dogs (Medium- 60ish lbs) were a little too big for the space. But it would be ideal for smaller dogs
55Yard is spacious.
55Great large space and our dog loved it. The yard has a fairly steep incline, but overall, it’s a fantastic space.
45The area was clean and easy to access. The fence and gates aren't super sturdy or tall. There is a hammock and swing on the porch as well as string lights to turn on. Overall a nice place!

55We visited this sniff spot at night. There were not any lights on but we found the plug for the string lights that were under the deck. The yard was dark (as expected) the further away from the deck area the dogs played- we brought a big light so we could see them. The yard is a little sloped, and there are lots of cool areas that have stone borders for the dogs to explore. We first went into the yard from the right side (facing the house) to turn the lights on before bringing the dogs in. The owners have a very sweet cat. He was on the back porch when we arrived. We were a bit worried our dogs would chase him but he followed us out front when we got the dogs out of the car and kept his distance. We had to be a bit careful walking the path next to the deck to get back to the fence to let the dogs in because the path had stones that were not flat but there were leaves over the path so you couldn’t see them. There was a bowl for water and a hose near by to refill it. I didn’t see any poop bags (maybe because it was dark) but there were trash cans outside the fence. I would recommend entering from the left side gate- there’s a nice path there.

Rock Quarry Farm - 1 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Raleigh

Welcome to the Rock Quarry Rd. - Private Dog Park in Raleigh! We have 1 acre fully fenced in with lots of room and enrichment opportunities for your dog! We cannot wait to share our space with you! ABOUT THE SPACE The yard is fully fenced in. We have a 4ft wire fence around the property. The back fence is a 6ft privacy fence. The largest opening is 5in at the bottom of the fence. There are no shared fence lines, our yard is ideal for reactive or sensitive pups. *There is construction happening at the property next door to us, so if you book during weekdays there may be some construction/machinery noise & distractions* 🥇We officially have a beginners agility course! It includes 3 jumps, 1 hoop jump, a tunnel, and weave poles. We hope you and your pup love it! 🎾 The space comes with dog toys, tennis balls, place cots, digging sand, dog waste bags/ trash can, and a short but smell-filled nature “trail”. Our yard is filled with squirrels and birds and your dog will love following their scents through the brush. The area is made up of short grass, overgrown brush along the fence lines, and sandy soil. 🌳 Perfect shady spot for the summer! We have many mature trees which provide great shade but there are also large grassy spots where you can get full sun. A table and chairs are provided in the shade, as well as a covered area. 💧Water for dogs is provided, as is a water bowl. You’re welcome to use the hose to rinse your dog off but we ask that you don’t bath your dog or run the water for long periods of time. Our house runs on a small well so we have to reserve water. (The well is enclosed and located far outside of the fenced area). While we do live in the house on the property, it is very unlikely that you’ll see us. On weekends, Connor may be working in the shop building, but will not be loud and will remain out of the backyard. If you have an especially reactive pet, send us a message and Connor will take a break during your stay. We want to ensure that your time is as private as possible. :) Our own dog will be secured inside the house. We ask that you keep your dog away from the back door of the house. For safety, we do have security cameras located around the property. Our house is far back off of the road. When you enter the driveway, you will pass our neighbor who is located at the road. They have dogs that will likely bark when you drive past them. They are fully enclosed in a privacy fence and cannot be seen from our yard but they can be heard if they’re barking. Otherwise you should not see or hear any domestic animals. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions!
