45Area is nice & private; no animals or people in the background. You can definitely hear the shooting range, but that wasn’t an issue for us. Trails are definitely overgrown & not maintained, which I found a little difficult to navigate. I was also slightly disturbed that both ponds are algae filled, so I couldn’t let my dog swim. Area is a beautiful wooded area, so be sure that your dog is up to date on tick medications. Overall, we had a great time & we’ll probably be back in the fall/early winter when majority of the weeds & bugs die off 😂.
55We have been here a few times. The dogs love the pond in the back. We have never seen another dog on the property. Our dogs love it here.
55great adventure area for lots of sniffs and exercise! my doggie is wiped out. definitely wearing long pants/hiking shoes as the terrain is forested. Awesome place. Gregory was so kind and helpful!
55Great visit! Dogs had a great time exploring. Thick pants ideal for prickly brush. If your dog spooks during hunting season, there were a lot of gunshots (rapid fire) during our visit. Our dogs were too interested in smells to care and I used it as a training and confidence building opportunity!
45Great for the price but definitely difficult to actually walk around the area. Not really any trails, just had to make your own way through the brush. Doggo obviously loved it and got so much energy out, but we weren't able to really utilize the "hiking acres" to it's full potential due to the highly wooded area covered in thorns and brush. We were under the impression we would be able to hike the property for a while. Still had fun though
55Nice spot. The pups loved it. Water straight back. Seen no people or dogs.
55It’s a beautiful private spot and the host was kind. Definitely recommend wearing hiking boots and long pants. We enjoyed exploring with our pup and will be back!
55Dog has a blast!
35It was nice to let our reactive dog off leash without having to worry about other dogs! I would recommend wearing long pants as there is not real path or trail and the cleared area is covered with poison ivy.
55We really enjoyed wandering the property, and the dogs had a great time exploring!

If you would like to use one or all, just message me through sniffspot and let me know so I can have it out for you. - For doggie play-dates, one person should book for all attendees. - You can park on the street or in the driveway when available. - The pool is protected by a fence in the winter and open in the summer. Access to the pool is blocked by a gate on the deck stairs. - After a lot of rain we sometimes get muddy puddles. - The yard has grass, flowers, woods, a kiddie pool, access to a hose, water bowl, dog toys, a place for pet parents to sit and relax while the doggos play. - Its probably a bit more than a 1/2 acre fenced with grass and a wooded trail. There will almost always be someone home during any visit as I work from home. We have dogs and I will lock them inside the house while we have visitors. Rules: 1. We would appreciate a 24 hour notice for all reservation changes or cancellations. 2. If you have more than 2 cars attending at the same time, please park at North Broadway Crossing. 3. Only one booking is in the yard at a time. 4. Due to the pool, no person under 18 is allowed on the property without adult supervision. 5. It is crucial that you arrive during and only stay for the time booked because another family my be booked directly after you or I could have my dogs in the yard if you are there outside of your booked time and I wouldn't want an unexpected encounter.
