I have a flower and vegetable garden but I'm not too stressed about your dog running through either! No digging in the garden but they are welcome to dig up the yard ☺️ Some neighbors may be visible at times and there are dogs that live two houses down that stay in their own yard. Plenty of on street parking makes it easy for the human. I have a chicken coop and chicken run area so chickens may be visible to your dog. Our yard is around .25 acres and fully fenced with a 6ft privacy fence. Only 5 minutes from downtown! We do have a deck (perfect for throwing that ball!) and a patio. We live on a cul-de-sac so parking can be a bit wonky but there are usually spaces available or you’re welcome to pull into our driveway if one of our cars is not there. ***please read*** There’s been a recent disturbance in the lot behind our yard, some developer is cutting down trees and possibly paving a road to a housing unit that has yet to be built. At the moment we’re not sure exactly what is happening but we are gathering more info and will hopefully have a timeline of how long this construction work will be. If your dog is afraid of loud machinery, you may want to reschedule your visit for a Sunday. As of now that seems to be the only day of the week they’re not working back there. We are very sad this is happening near our yard, as part of the reason we bought this house was the privacy we felt in our back yard. Please bare with us as we try to navigate this situation, we will post updates as we get them. We totally understand if you choose to cancel your visit!
