Wonderful!!
Such a wonderful place to visit!! We thoroughly enjoy how serene it is. Well kept and always stocked with supplies at the parking area 🩷
What a wonderful place for dogs and humans. Time stopped for a happy while, while we were here.
This was a great spot! Lots to walk the dogs loved it! The host also provided some items at the beginning such as wipes and hand sanitizer and doggie bags and scoops!
This is the coolest spot we’ve been to in the area. Well maintained, clearly marked trails and Camille is an extremely responsive and gracious host. You will love this place!
OMG!! This is definitely one of my favorite spots i’ve taken my pups to. There was so much room for them to explore and run around. My only regret is not staying longer. We’ll definitely be back!
Very nice. We both loved it. Was unsure at first because of the distance but we will definitely be back.
We loved this Sniffspot so much!! As did our pups :)
Huge space for the dogs to run and play. I have 2 GSD, 1 pitbull and 1 husky and they all had a blast. I would say we’re extremely lucky because some giant bird landed on a tree branch and knocked it down and all the dogs got to chase it away and feel fully empowered lol. Will definitely be returning
What an amazing place for dogs to explore! The wonderful open field is perfect for throwing a ball and the trails are easy to find and walk. Wear shoes with traction to walk on the slopes w/ leaves and make sure you don’t mind getting them muddy and/or wet. The pond had overflowed onto the trail in two spots and unless you want to fight w/ thorn bushes there’s no dry way around. Also Mr. Beaver had downed a small, spindly tree across the path which we pulled to the side so my younger scaredy cat dog would cross the flooded part. 😂 Also the little touches of water, towels, baggies, sanitizer, etc is fantastic!
Host replied: Actually there is a way around along the tree line, and I could have easily walked you around via the messenger. Please don't hesitate to message me if you or anyone, for that matter, run into problems. I usually have my phone with me. Unless I am driving or have a bunch of 3 year olds in my library, I will respond fairly quickly willing to troubleshoot as necessary. :-)

Christian, wife, empty nester, school librarian, minister. Hello! I am the fourth generation landowner on this property in northwestern Hanover County. Part of our property backs up to the North Anna River. I love being outdoors walking in the woods and thought others might enjoy it as well. The park is dedicated to my faithful Samoyed mix Fluffy who passed away in November, 2022. I am also registered with Hipcamp.
