Private Hill Country ranchito, just 15 minutes from I-35. We have 3 acres fully fenced with trails through high pasture, low woods, and rocky crags, so wear sturdy boots to stomp around here!

- Please pick up after your dog. Waste bags and bin are located at the front corner of the shed. - Camp fires are allowed depending on Hays County's burn ban and must be extinguished with water before leaving the premises. Firewood is available for your use and is stacked next to the shed. - No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed. - No weapons of any kind are allowed on the property. - Harmonicas and guitars are welcome, but please honor the natural vibe and keep your music apps on silent. And for the love of God, no banjos.
